Chinese-Partnered Companies Control Over 75% Of Voting Machines In 2020 Elections

It All Makes Sense Now Doesn't It?

What you’re about to read will infuriate you whether you are a Republican, Democrat, or Independent voter in the US. CD Media is providing direct evidence that the Chinese-government-partnered companies control over 75% of the voting machines used in the 2020 election.

This isn’t one of the windy roads through financial service or investment companies type of articles. Halfway through it, when the main Chinese partner is linked to, you’ll be given the opportunity to hit the “support the party” button from one of the many examples of tight cooperation they’ve had with Beijing since 1993.

This is primary source evidence from the companies involved and includes instructions that make it easy to set up vote tampering.

If you are a Congressman or Senator and still support the 2020 election results without question, take an honest moment and hit that button. The evidence trail of Chinese intervention in US elections goes as far back as 2005.

The following is from a Letter from the North Carolina State Board of Electors to ES&S, Clear Ballot Group, and Hart InterCivic. You’re about to find out why they refuse to answer questions like these.

“To date, no explanation has been provided as to how the identity of investors, shareholders, or percentage ownership derives independent actual or potential commercial value from not being generally known or readily ascertainable.

The State Board of Elections has received public records requests for all communications with each vendor regarding the June 14, 2019 request for additional disclosure and subsequent communications. Upon review, it is my belief that the records sought, including correspondence revealing the identity of any owners or shareholders of any vendor, parent company or investor, or percentage ownership, is not subject to any exception that would permit the State Board to withhold it from the public.”

Most of this article is going to read like bullet points. This map represents the counties that are relying on Unisyn for their voting machines and software. Further in the article, I’ll detail partnering going on between them, ES&S, and Dominion. These three companies control 75% of the voting machines in use today.

First, we’ll establish Unisyn as a solid long-term Chinese PRC business partner.

According to their SEC filings, INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY AND TOTALIZATOR, INC (ILTS) was founded in 1978 and completed an initial public offering in 1981. ILTS is a subsidiary of and wholly owned by Berjaya Corporation. Berjaya headquarters is in Malaysia but it is registered in China.

ILTS's wholly-owned subsidiary, Unisyn, was founded in 2003. Our operations and corporate headquarters are located in Vista, California.

ILTS is the world’s largest manufacturer of voting machine equipment. Now we have one company under many corporate structures. It’s the next part that grabs the imagination.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 26): Berjaya Corporation Bhd (BCorp) is partnering China Sports Lottery HKJC INFOTECH (Beijing) Co Ltd (CSLJC) to explore opportunities to jointly develop a third-party lottery market under a responsible gaming framework.”

This is under the auspice of the Ministry of Finance of China, the National Sports Lottery Administration Centre of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), and the Macau Special Administrative Region of the PRC.  The parties (Berjaya and China) inked a cooperation framework agreement today, which will be for an initial five-year term commencing from Aug 26, 2020, subject to renewal.

CDMedia is being de-platformed and obviously too effective! We need your support to put more reporters in the field! Help us here!

The China Sports Lottery Operation Co. Ltd is owned by the Chinese Ministry of Finance, the State Sports General Administration of China and approved by the State Sports General Administration.

Berjaya's Cosway to focus on China, Malaysia for revenue growth in FY20

January 2019- The Board of Directors of Berjaya Corporation Berhad (“BCorporation”) wishes to announce that BCorporation has on 16 January 2019 entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Company (“SMPV”) for the proposed collaboration on the manufacture, assembly, and sale of Morris Garages (“MG”), a British car marque, provision of after-sale services, and other related supporting services in Malaysia.

Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) has proposed to collaborate with SAIC Motor Corp Ltd's unit to manufacture, assemble and sell British car marque, Morris Garages (MG) in Malaysia.

SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (SAIC, formerly Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation) is a Chinese state-owned automotive design and manufacturing company headquartered in Shanghai. SAIC Motor is the largest auto company listed on China's A-share market

Berjaya Corporation has been a PRC lottery partner since 1993.

When you hit the PRC partner link, it takes you directly to the government website and you have the option of becoming involved in People’s Republic of China(PRC) Party building work.

Since we’ve established an essentially Chinese government partnership running elections directly in seven states including swing states, the next big point is how much clout and influence does this company has in the US.

The China registered, Chinese company headquartered in Malaysia was one of the companies certifying to the American people China was not involved nor interfered in the 2020 elections along with ES&S, one of its major partnering companies.

In fact, it was the safest election in history. But how safe did Unisyn make it?

There seems to be a friendly competition between Dominion Voting Systems, ES&S, and Unisyn to make the most election fraud friendly voting systems on the earth.

In 2018, Cory Doctrow wrote Unisyn voting machine manual instructs election officials to use and recycle weak passwords and it looks like Unisyn took the simplified Chinese route to opening up their systems to anyone, literally anyone that wants to skew elections.

“The manual instructs voting officials to circumvent federal voting guidelines by using weak passwords for voting machines, and when the federally mandated password-change prompts come up it instructs them to create new passwords by incrementing a final digit (e.g. password1, password2, password3) or to use "unisyn" as the password.

Unisyn machines are used in 3,629 precincts in 12 states, plus Puerto Rico.

The username for the election-management system is "administrator," and the sysadmin password is a simple string of five letters with a number appended to it. The root password is the company's name with the same number appended to it.

The tabulation monitor or the system for creating reports of ballots and vote tallies is the same word with "1" appended to it. The username for logging into the critical tabulator client where votes are tallied and stored is "supervisor."

I challenge any Democrat or Republican, Congressman or citizen to say the election was the safest in history.

If any Congressman wants to certify a Federal election for the PRC, scroll up and hit the red party building button. Let them know you’re on your way.

    Unisyn|ES&S| Dominion Voting Systems

None of these companies want US state and federal experts to examine their source code. ES&S and Dominion are adamant about keeping it secret, except to their Chinese government partners at Unisyn.

These two CD Media articles show how ES&S and Dominion developed their business scheme and share the same source code and base programming.

Now it’s time to see where Chinese election influence began in America. This Brennan Center overview of election equipment lumps one very specific group of companies together.

The common denominator is ES&S founder Bob Urosevich and Barry Herron.

Generally, voters select the candidate of their choice on optical/digital scan paper ballots by filling in an oval (on ES&S, Dominion, Premier/Diebold and Unisyn ballots),

    Optical/Digital Scan Paper Ballot Systems

Examples include:, Dominion ImageCast Models Precinct, Evolution and Central; ES&S Models 100, 150, 550, and 650; Sequoia-branded and ES&S-branded Optech III-P Eagle; Sequoia Optech Insight and Optech 400C; Premier/Diebold (Dominion) AccuVote-OS and OSX; and Unisyn OVO.

From the very beginning, every one of their voting system companies was using Unisyn parent company INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY AND TOTALIZATOR, INC (ILTS)’s optical scanner for their voting systems.

ILTS designed and patented voting machine optical scanners when the industry was just taking off. They are the largest manufacturer of voting machines worldwide. This made the partnership possible.

Although they didn’t have all the facts precise, you can see even before 2006, Chinese intervention in US elections was being discussed.

ES&S and Unisyn have a couple of licensing agreements going back to 2006.

CARLSBAD, CA  (May 2, 2006) -- INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS, INC. (OTCBB:ITSI) announced today that Election Systems & Software, Inc. (“ES&S”) has signed an agreement with Los Angeles County, California that will use technology developed by ILTS’ wholly owned subsidiary, Unisyn Voting Solutions. ES&S will provide 4,900 InkaVote Precinct Ballot Counters (PBC) and related software and services for use in Los Angeles County.

This brought China into the US elections. They developed the optical scanners used on ES&S, Diebold, Premier, and Dominion machines. According to this 2009 report Unisyn was selling hardware and accompanying software to ES&S as well as servicing their election machines across the United States.

FORM 10-K INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS INC – ITSI Filed: July 08, 2009 (period: April 30, 2009)

“Our revenue from the licensing of intellectual property rights associated with our voting PBC system was derived from a prior agreement between ILTS and Election Systems & Software, Inc. (“ES&S”) whereby ILTS granted ES&S an exclusive worldwide license to manufacture, sell and sublicense to ES&S’s end customers ILTS’s intellectual property relating to the PBC and related software it designed. Revenue for software support and onsite technical support services comes from providing the said services to ES&S’s end customers.

    Competitive Business Conditions

We compete primarily in the online lottery and horse racing industries by providing high-quality wagering systems and terminals that are reliable, secure and fast. In addition, we believe that we offer our customers greater flexibility in design and custom options than do our competitors. The market for online lottery system contracts is highly competitive. In general, our competitors have significantly greater resources than we do. Although our sales in the United States have been insignificant, we believe that our company has been a substantial factor in the international marketplace.

Product servicing and support revenue for the year ended April 30, 2009 decreased by $189,000 when compared to that of fiscal 2008. Higher product servicing and support revenue in fiscal 2008 is principally related to the servicing of the PBCs for ES&S in a one-time arrangement.”

Unisyn gave ES&S exclusive worldwide manufacturing rights. ES&S used it for Diebold and Premier. In 2010, Dominion took the Unisyn sublicense and software described in the earlier articles linked above as part of ES&S settlement with the DOJ. Dominion Voting Systems came out of the starting blocks with Unisyn’s patented optical scanners because they now owned Diebold and Premier.

In the same July 2009 SEC report Unisyn was aware of the DOJ investigation of ES&S. In November, the DOJ challenged the merger of ES&S and Premier Election Solutions, its biggest competitor. Premier was DESI and run by Bob Urosevich who founded ES&S. Bob’s brother Todd Urosevich took over ES&S while Bob was at Premier.

While the DOJ was hammering ES&S, Unisyn wasn’t sure who would end up with the rights to the source code and software they procured from ES&S. They are the largest manufacturer of voting machines but new to the voting services business in the US.

“We could become subject to litigation regarding intellectual property rights, which could seriously harm our business.

Although we have not been the subject of any such actions, third parties [Dominion] may in the future assert against us infringement claims or claims that we have violated a patent or infringed upon a copyright, trademark or other proprietary right belonging to them. Third parties may in the future assert claims against our suppliers that such suppliers have violated a patent or infringed upon a copyright, trademark or other proprietary right belonging to them. If such infringement by our suppliers or us were found to exist, a party could seek an injunction preventing the use of their intellectual property or require us to take a license for the use of their intellectual property, either of which would have an adverse impact on our revenues.

Our voting systems might face adverse publicity including legal and political challenges which may negatively impact our operating results.

Due to the sensitivity of the general public to the reliability and security of voting systems, our company might be vulnerable to adverse publicity posed by certain advocacy groups challenging our products’ integrity and dependability. These actions may negatively affect our financial results and customer relations.”

Dominion’s Barry Herron went to work for Unisyn as the Director of sales. Both Barry Herron and Bob Urosevich have both owned or worked at all the companies with these two features. The first is Diebold/Dominion’s source code and software. The second is Unisyn’s optical scanner and software.

When GA replaced the Diebold voting system Barry Herron sold them 18 years ago, Herron came back to lobby for Dominion and keep GA on an updated version of the same thing.

Dominion Voting Systems and ES&S are working hand in glove with a company that partners with the PRC on all levels. Both companies have been doing this for a decade and a half.

Is Barry Herron required to file under FARA?

Meanwhile, the DOJ is trying to extradite top executives at SEA Gamer Mall (SEAGM) for cybercrime and hacking.

In a statement on Sep 18 (Friday), the Berjaya founder Vincent Tan said his shareholding in SEAGM, a digital trading platform for gamers, games developers and publishers was entirely his personal investment. Berjaya owns INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS, INC. and Unisyn is a subsidiary of it.

Berjaya’s founder was clear his daughters had no involvement in running SEAGM, as they had been his nominees on the company’s board as non-executive directors.

They had resigned before the incident, he added. According to the cybercrime allegations, SEAGM’s founder and its chief product officer along with five other Chinese nationals were part of a hacking group known as APT41.

Can the US Congress certify the 2020 election once they’re made aware of these facts?

It doesn’t matter which party you belong to, can you look in the mirror if you do?

Do you think this Trump will ever man up and declare a national emergency? Why hasn't he declared martial law using today' riots in the capitol as a rational? What is he waiting for? How about asking for a show of support in the capitols of Georgia and Arizona and Mi and Wi? What the hell is he waiting for? Mr.President, it's time t oman up and lead the revolution. Grow some balls. Let's get this show on the road.

    Curmudgeon

Ownership of a company that produces a product does not equate to responsibility for its operation, once sold. Are car companies responsible for drunk drivers that kill people?
Why is it that Texas rejected these machines after doing its due diligence on their flaws and exposing them, but other states, like Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania purchased them? Wake the f*#k up. The political whores in the states that purchased these machines are the front for the people who have been running the US for over a century. In 1965, George Wallace stated that there wasn't a dime's worth of difference between the Democrats and Republicans. What would make anyone think there is a difference today? The overwhelming majority of these people form the Uni-party.
This is Canadian, but it applies universally. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdwySCMovHk
