    UPDATE:

Senate Republicans and Democrats reached a deal Tuesday on a $484 billion coronavirus relief package for small businesses, hospitals and testing, reported CNBC.

The Senate could vote on legislation as soon as 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, and will need unanimous support to pass it. The House could approve the bill as early as Thursday.

The Minority Leader of the U.S. Senate Chuck Schumer declared just recently the top-up of the Paycheck Protection Program will be passed today in the Senate, and move to the House for passage tomorrow. It looks like the Democrats have finally been shamed into doing what's right for the American people.

“I think we will be able to pass this today,” Schumer, the Senate minority leader, told CNN. Last night, he added, that he was speaking “well past midnight” with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, and that they “came to an agreement on just about every issue.”

He added: “Staff were up all night, writing. There’s still a few more Is to dot and Ts to cross, but we have a deal. And I believe we’ll pass it today," reported CNBC.
