In its ongoing battle against the CDC, the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) has agreed to fund 50 lawsuits against states that require children to have a Covid-19 vaccine in order to attend school.

Attorney Aaron Siri, who has previously represented ICAN, told The Epoch Times, "ICAN has told us it will financially support a challenge against any state. So, if all 50 states require it to attend school, ICAN will support challenging the mandate in every single one of those states."

While a lawsuit has yet to be brought against a state for the new CDC mandate, the legal groundwork and funding for such a suit are in place.

The CDC has yet to confirm the recommendation given by the organization's advisory panel last week which suggested that the Covid-19 vaccine be added to all child and adolescent immunization schedules.

It is up to the discretion of individual states to decide which vaccines are required for children to attend schools, but it is common for vaccines on immunization schedules to be required which would add the questionable Covid-19 vaccine to the mandatory list.

While some states, like California, plan to mandate Covid-19 vaccines for all children, governors for other states like Colorado, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia have said that they will block the mandate.

Assuming the CDC accepts its advisory panel's recommendation to mandate the vaccine, the new CDC schedule would not take effect until 2023 and most likely not until the start of the 2023-2024 school year. The public would be given advanced notice of any mandates to have time to schedule vaccinations or to contact ICAN about potentially filing a lawsuit against the state.
