The First Congregational Church of Madison, CT is holding a 'Drag Queen Bingo Night' this evening.

We spoke with Senior Minister Todd Vetter about the event. He gave us several minutes on the phone willingly.

When asked why he chose this event to raise money for church activities, Vetter replied the suggestion was given to him by a member of the congregation as a way to raise funds. He denied being directed by outside organizations.

Vetter denied any connection between drag queen events and pedophilia that is statistically larger than other groups like the Catholic Church and the Boy Scouts. He declared the evidence, reporting of this connection was simply not there, despite evidence to the contrary. One just has to do an internet search for this evidence to find it.

Paraphrasing, he said, "We are an affirming, loving church and do not judge people's lifestyles."

When asked why he is allowing an activity that promotes the LGBT lifestyle in a Christian church, Vetter declared he did not believe, in his approximate words, "that the five passages in the Bible that mention homosexuality' clearly restrict this lifestyle as being judged by the faith."

I offered that judgement was not the issue, but harming children was the issue, as is enabling pedophilia, which is obviously rampant in society.

When asked if children will be at the event, Vetter said parents can make their own decisions, but he did not believe children would be there, and did not believe this activity sexualizes children. However, he said there was no church restriction from children attending.

Not surprised at all- the UCC(United Church of Christ) supplies the “spiritual” part of
sex education curriculum for summer camps for elementary school children (k-6)🤮. It was advertised in West Hartford last summer for a summer camp! Sick, sick!!!! Most Congregational churches fly rainbow flags, and support BLM

You are mostly correct, but an important distinction: Most UCC Congregational Churches support the Far Left, whereas NACCC Congregational Churches do not.
