    U.S. Added 196k Jobs In March Vs 180k Expected, Feb Numbers Were A Fluke

    U.S. non-farm payrolls for the month of March came in at 196k vs 180k consensus estimate, showing the Trump hiring boom is still in full swing. February's number of 20k additions was shown to be a fluke associated with noise from the turn-of-the-year government shutdown. The corrupt media will now have to come up with another recession narrative.

    The American unemployment rate held stead at 3.8% as estimated.

    Average hourly earnings MoM were reported a 0.1% increase vs 0.3% consensus estimate.

    Average hourly earnings YoY came in at a 3.2% increase vs 3.4% estimate.

    Labor force participation was reported at 63% vs 62.9% estimate.
