April 29, 2023 marks the day that “equity”, as used by Democrats, became defined as racism and anti semitism. American Jews supporting Democrats makes no sense. Democrats are no friend of the Jews.

Councilwoman Inna Vernikov introduced a resolution pronouncing April 29th as End Jew Hatred day in New York City. According to NYPD data, hate crimes “led by a surge in antisemitic attacks… rose 125%” between 2021 to 2022. A number so significant, it’s part of what led to Vernikov’s resolution. The other part involved Jewish disillusionment with living in New York City. They no longer feel safe. This problem goes beyond physical safety. Jews experience pervasive discrimination in the taxpayer funded educational complex. They’re punished for their hard work and passed over in the admittance process. If they get in, depending on quotas pertaining to “equity”, they face bullying and Jew hatred from some members of the faculty and student body. This has happened at NYU, Columbia, CUNY, and SUNY, to name a few.

As per a New York Post article, “At Columbia and NYU…’students report a hostile and anti-Semitic environment when their identity or Zionist beliefs are expressed’ — and that students groups approved resolutions supporting the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against the Jewish State of Israel.” At good old CUNY, a report by Students and Faculty for Equality at CUNY (SAFE CUNY) said it is “the most systemically antisemitic United States school in just the past two years…alleg[ing] that there are alarming levels of deep-rooted, systemic antisemitism at the highest levels of CUNY." This sure sounds inclusive.

The resolution should have received unanimous support. It didn’t. It passed thanks to the majority of the 51 member body’s comprehension that this sort of vitriol can no longer be accepted - but this isn’t nearly good enough. It highlights a cancer metastasizing in the Democrat party; “equity.” The Democrats have rammed this down both the public and private sector’s throats. Staggeringly, the party is financed and embraced, still, by Jews.

Perhaps, it’s a psychological condition? Stockholm syndrome, a coping mechanism to make sense of an abusive situation. Jews have cultivated positive feelings toward their abusers to excuse the situation; seeking love from the person, or in this case, the party, denying it. But the love isn’t coming to the Jew from the Democrats, no matter how much self hate they muster. No matter how hard the Jews get behind BLM, meme it out, or prostrate themselves before the altar of CRT. The Left doesn’t want to include them, it wants to exclude them, except when it comes to using them for their vote and donations.

Jews continue to get beaten up, mired in moronic CRT pablum like “white adjacent”, and in order to maintain self preservation, attempt to wrap their heads around the fact that the party they were culturally told to support hates them.

Six council members showed their true colors. Two voted no and four voted in abstention. Who are they? Klu Klux Klan members that we’ve been told abound? White christian men, nationals, we hear are responsible for all manners of problems plaguing crime, economy, climate, and education? No. None of the dissent came from white christians, the very group demonized by many New York City elected officials and many of which are part of the six.

Those that voted no to the resolution to End Jew Hatred are Brooklyn Democrat city council members Shahana Hanif and Sandra Nurse. Those that voted in abstention are Rita Joseph, Alexa Avilés, Jennifer Gutiérrez, and Charles Barron. This gaggle of ugly people have much in common. First, they support BLM, which is racist and and anti semitic at its core. Second, they are activists for “equity.” We must conclude this means “no one but people of color.” But not all people of color, Asians are considered, like the Jews, “white adjacent.”

Councilman Barron gives new meaning to politics is show business for ugly people. He said, “I have the distinct honor of being able to come before you and say, I actually lost white population in my community.” He was flanked by a grinning twit and received applause for this supposed glorious racist admission. Imagine a white person bragging about this flanked by a grinning white person who could barely contain the joy of alienating the black constituents.

Vernikov said in her remarks, “The last thing I could have ever imagined was to see these headlines in American media. ‘New York leads the nation in anti semitic incidents.’ ‘New York is the epicenter for the worst antisemitic outbreak in over 40 years.’ ‘Anti semitic incidents in the U.S. are at the highest level since the 1970s.’” Vernikov goes on to say that this trend has engulfed our city. This is proven by the city’s own statistics.

What we should be asking is why, with all Democrat policies focused on “equity” and “inclusivity”, is this occurring? The answer is CRT and DEI. Then we should ask, how has CRT and DEI made things better? It hasn’t, not only for the Jews, Asians, and whites, but for “people of color.” By all metrics, all citizens' lives have been made exponentially worse.

There is some positive news. Jews are leaving the Democrat party because they’re beginning to see how poisonous it is. But to hasten change for the better before there’s a full blown exodus from New York City, there must be a total repudiation of “equity.”

I take it End Jewish Hatred Day was an abysmal failure? Oh, well! It's the thought that counts, right?
