The article notes that Rep. Todd Jones is an "investor." The Georgia Record published an article in March 2023 confirming Todd Jone (a.k.a.Robert Todd Jones) as a patent holder for Talitrix technology.

A subsequent article in The Georgia Record, showed Jones role as disclosed during testimony in Tennessee:

In 2021 testimony before a combined Tennessee Senate and House committee meeting, Jones stated that he was the Chairman of Talitrix.
