    Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker said he has no plans to institute a statewide shelter-in-place for two weeks, a rumor that has been percolating as the U.S. grapples with the coronavirus pandemic.

    Baker said during an appearance on WCVB’s “On The Record” that the notion he is planning on announcing a quarantine for 14 days is a rumor, reported Masslive.com
