Patrick Byrne's The America Project has teamed up with kinematic artifacts inventor and patent holder Jovan Pulitzer to offer the Michigan legislature and executive branch an election assessment offer they cannot refuse.
BACKGROUND
One of the obstacles for battleground states in completing a full forensic audit of the 2020 U.S. general election and runoffs has been cost. A full forensic audit of millions of ballots is expensive; we are told in the $4-5 range per ballot. For a state with 5 million ballots, that can get expensive really fast, and is used by those committing election fraud to nix any real audit of the election results.
It is thought that Michigan has appropriated $20 million for an audit but the money has not been released for final approval.
There has been an argument in the election audit camp between working with states for a scaled-down audit to reduce cost, or to hold battleground state official's feet to the fire and complete a full audit. The truth about scaled-down audits is that those committing the fraud know how to rig them and prevent discovery of criminal activity.
Just look at the 'audits' by GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for an example of this phenomenon. VoterGA found fabricated tally sheets in the GA audit from last November after a judge granted access to mail-in ballots in Fulton County.
SOLUTION
Patrick Byrne and Jovan Pulitzer have come up with a solution and made an offer to Michigan that takes the cost issue off the table.
Pulitzer has written AI software that will scan all a jurisdiction's ballots and point out which ballots are suspect. Then only those ballots will be forensically scanned at the depth needed to detect counterfeits. The cost is $0.25 per ballot, obviously much more affordable.
The cost for Michigan for this election assessment system will be $1.2 million.
It gets better.
The America Project will pay the entire $1.2 million to complete the process.
CONCLUSION
Michigan now can complete a full audit of its 5 million ballots at zero cost to Michigan taxpayers.
Now that is an offer Michigan can't refuse.
