Wisconsin Kangaroo Court Releases Peter Bernegger With Conditions

On April Fools Day, an arrest warrant was issued for Peter Bernegger by the Dane County Wisconsin Circuit Court.

Peter surrendered himself on Tuesday morning. While in the Dane County Sheriff’s custody he was not allowed to file any motions to the court in his case.

Rather than arraign him after he surrendered, the Wisconsin court decided that Peter Bernegger needed a few days to relax in their custody.

Today Peter Bernegger was released on a signature bond, with conditions…

The Wisconsin deep state decided Peter was too effective at lawfare against the democrats and uniparty. As a condition of his release, Bernegger was forced to agree to not file any further legal documents in ANY cases with ANY courts, unless they were signed off on by a Wisconsin Bar member.

He was forced to agree to not serve any more documents on “(s)elected” or “public” officials at their homes. We can’t have (s)elected officials served documents where we know that they can be found and not claim that they were unaware that they were served.

The judge thought that the conditions for his release were “reasonable”. We can’t have people who are active in really effective litigation dealing with public corruption in Wisconsin continue to be so effective now can we.

This release condition was all part of their plan from the very beginning when the Wisconsin Capitol Police charged him initially.

Josh Kaul and his Wisconsin co-conspirators wanted Peter Bernegger out of the fight against their official misconduct and public corruption.

Bernegger had filed multiple campaign finance complaints against numerous Wisconsin (S)elected officials for being beneficiaries of the nationwide ActBlue money laundering RICO enterprise.
