    6th Circuit Court Reinstates Biden OSHA Mandate - Now Heads To SCOTUS

    The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated the Biden administration's vaccine mandate for companies with 100 employees or above via OSHA.

    The issue is not sure to be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
