Who would have thought that California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) would not jump on vetoing a bill on his desk that if he signd into law will flip the Land of the Free’s largest state into violating the Nuremberg Code.
It is hard to take Gavin Newsom seriously as a World Economic Forum Davos graduate, but it is logical as he stands on the edge of possibly destroying Americans’ medical informed consent in plain sight.
California has been known among the medical community for decades as the depths of hell medically because the medical boards, some of whose members do not have medical backgrounds, hunt down doctors who have written medical exemptions and go after their medical licenses.
Many of these same good doctors believe in the sanctity of the patient doctor relationship, and their responsibility to uphold their Hippocratic oath of doing no harm first. They know scientifically and medically that one shoe does not fit all medically. They do not reduce their patients to numbers, collateral damage statistics, or commodify them. They care about their patients’ lives.
But, this is where America is today and it is time for everyone whether you are sitting in Ohio, Georgia, Missouri, Arizona, or Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard to wake up and let Newsom know that Assembly Bill 2098 sitting on his desk is unacceptable, intolerable and in violation of the U.S. Constitution, and if he signs it, Newsom is in violation of the Nuremberg Code, which has defined informed medical consent since the 1940s.
Assembly Bill 2098 passed the California Assembly.
“This bill would designate the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” as unprofessional conduct. The bill would also make findings and declarations in this regard,” reads the posting.
“Data from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that unvaccinated individuals are at a risk of dying from COVID-19 that is 11 times greater than those who are fully vaccinated.
(c) The safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines have been confirmed through evaluation by the federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the vaccines continue to undergo intensive safety monitoring by the CDC.
(d) The spread of misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk.

(e) Major news outlets have reported that some of the most dangerous propagators of inaccurate information regarding the COVID-19 vaccines are licensed health care professionals.
(f) The Federation of State Medical Boards has released a statement warning that physicians who engage in the dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation or disinformation risk losing their medical license, and that physicians have a duty to provide their patients with accurate, science-based information.
(g) In House Resolution No. 74 of the 2021–22 Regular Session, the California State Assembly declared health misinformation to be a public health crisis, and urged the State of California to commit to appropriately combating health misinformation and curbing the spread of falsehoods that threaten the health and safety of Californians.
SEC. 2. Section 2270 is added to the Business and Professions Code, to read:
2270. (a) It shall constitute unprofessional conduct for a physician and surgeon to disseminate misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19, including false or misleading information regarding the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines,” reads the bill.
If Newson signs this, he is throwing his hat into the ring and revealing himself as a medical human trafficker.
The very definition of a human trafficker, whether it be for sex, labor, organ or, medicine is when someone forces, coerces, defrauds another human being for commercial profit.
Denying a human being of information which constitutes medical informed consent encompasses coercion, fraud and force. That is what the Nuremberg medical trial found the Nazis guilty of in their concentration camps.
Newsom needs to veto AB2098 immediately, and every member who sponsored it and voted for it needs to thrown out of office.
Why should anyone living outside California care?
Because when California ripped away religious and personal exemptions from vaccinations, the legislative campaigns took to New York, Connecticut, and Maine. It is called the legislative domino effect.
AB2098 is yet another chip at the core of medical freedom that will deny doctors from giving their medical opinions to their patients, denying them their First Amendment rights and denying medical facts for patients to determine their risks.
If the doctors disagree with the paid-off or scared to lose their jobs and grants CDC and FDA bureaucrats, PHARMA wins.
So, what can you do?
You may not get through to Gavin Newsom, but you should be able to get through to Daniel Lopez.
In January 2021, Newsom announced that he was hiring Lopez in his press office.
“Lopez has served as the Public Information Officer in the Office of Stockton Mayor Michael Tubbs since 2017. Prior to this role, he served as Chief of Staff to California State Senator Dr. Richard Pan. Lopez also worked as an Aide to former Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson and served as a Press Aide to then-Lt. Governor John Garamendi,” per Newsom’s announcement.
Lopez’s former boss, Senator Dr. Richard Pan, is one of the California senate co-authors of AB2098.
How much campaign donations or behest payments were given to those who co-sponsored AB2098 and to Governor Newsom.
Governor Newsom solicited $227 million for “behest payments” in 2020, as earlier reported by Newsweek.
He received at least $27 million from Facebook, which has been de-platforming users who have challenged the CDC, FDA, and Fauci’s narratives about coronavirus.
In 2019, the governor solicited $12 million – over $100 million plus less than in 2020.
Behested payments are contributions from individuals or corporations by a public official for legislative, government or charitable purpose.
