    Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen’s landslide victory over her main opponent, Han Kuo-yu of the Kuomingtang (KMT) party, who favors friendlier ties with Beijing, sent a clear message that the Chinese regime’s intimidation efforts have not worked, experts say.
