With many new tools in business, success always breeds faster adoption. This is the case with Sam Caucci's 1Huddle, an innovative workforce training company using gaming to train up a customer service front line quickly, with fantastic retention. The end game is happy customers, and 1Huddle has delivered multiple times on this promise.
Caucci sees today's employers experiencing higher turnover than necessary and wasted dollars using legacy workforce training systems. He believes today's employees respond to gaming and they can use the 1Huddle platform even in their off hours to get really good at pleasing your customers.
Perhaps one of the most interesting examples of this phenomenon is 1Huddle's iteration with Legends Hospitality (LASED) whose client was the LA Rams. The challenge was building a season ticket member list and selling out all nine home games to a brand new fan base in a short period of time.
Given this challenge, they decided to invest in 1Huddle’s game platform. 1Huddle played a huge role in delivering new training to their sales reps on a weekly basis and onboarding their Member Service team faster.
Another example is 1Huddle's work with the well-known brand Audible. The company wanted an innovative platform that would get their customer service and call center employees skilled up and ready to go faster. So, they launched with 1Huddle. Audible now uses 1Huddle for mission, vision, core value, product, call script training, and more.
Madison Square Garden is a brand that everyone can recognize. 1Huddle was instrumental in delivering a seamless event production to millions of fans.
Their biggest challenge was getting everyone up to speed with event product knowledge and skills training they need in an environment that runs over 320 events a year. They launched 1Huddle across their entire sales department.
“The workforce is different today. Never before have we seen 5 different generations at work at the same time. And, as a major company in the franchise space, we know companies like yours struggle with onboarding faster, upskilling employees better and firing up your people,” Caucci declared to a recent group of American franchise community CEOs.
“But that motivation thing is getting harder and harder. A recent study found that employees spend nearly 1/3 of working time — not doing work. And this isn’t just a problem with Millennials. You have this problem with all your employees.”If 1Huddle can succeed with these famous American brands, the company could deliver for your business as well.
