U.S. President Donald Trump today released Federal guidelines for re-opening the United States after the nation-wide lockdown to defeat the outbreak of the Chinese coronavirus. The guidelines had been previously distributed to national media outlets prior to the daily briefing of the Coronavirus Task Force.
“The United States has achieved a significantly lower mortality rate than most other nations,” President Donald Trump declared. “Based on the latest data, our team of experts believes we can begin the next new front on the war.”
“America wants to be open and Americans want to be open.”
“We are not opening all at once…But one careful step at a time. Some states will be able to open up before others.”
