For some time, CDM has been reporting that in our view, there is something very nefarious going on with the Boeing in-flight malfunctions which have gained so much public attention, as the developments question the safety of American air travel, something that for decades has been quite remarkable.
Boeing management recently experienced a shakeup.
Reports are now being released that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has initiated an investigation into one of Boeing's key suppliers -- Spirit Aerosystems.
Two Boeing whistleblowers have died recently under suspicious circumstances.
Now a lawsuit has been filed against Paxton on the same day the second whistleblower perished.
The same day that a second Boeing-linked whistleblower death on Tuesday, supplier Spirit Aerosystems filed a lawsuit against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton after he opened a safety probe into the company in late March, reported Zero Hedge.
On March 28, Paxton released a statement justifying his safety probe into Spirit.
"The potential risks associated with certain airplane models are deeply concerning and potentially life-threatening to Texans," he wrote, adding "I will hold any company responsible if they fail to maintain the standards required by the law and will do everything in my power to ensure manufacturers take passenger safety seriously."
CDM will continue to report on aviation safety, as much of our staff has extensive experience in the subject.
