In January of 2023, CDM along with Children's Health Defense and other plaintiffs, sued members of the Trusted News Initiative -- Washington Post, Reuters, AP, BBC, in an antitrust action, alleging collusion to suppress alternative news outlets.

The case was originally filed in Louisiana but defendants were successful in moving the case to the District of Columbia.

A defendant motion to dismiss was filed and briefed in mid-2023. There has been no ruling on the motion, or even a scheduling action.

This is not normal.

Children's Health Defense v. WP Co., No. 1:23-cv-02735 (TJK), and it's pending in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
