A relentless competitive media campaign has been in motion since Buckingham Palace first announced that Princess Katherine had chosen to step back for months torecover from abdominal surgery.

The media has speculated her absences with wild and various scenarios 

Now, Princess Kate has spoken. 

She had the operation and post-operation, she was told she has cancer.

Princess Katherine’s surgery turned from a benign operation to cancer.

Of course, that revelation has been shocking obviously to her, Prince William and their extended family. 

The public needs to remember - very young children are involved.
