Russian Relief Convoy Hit By Ukraine Overnight In Kursk Region, Hundreds Likely Dead

Ukrainian forces, which have now grown to several thousand strong, inside Russian territory near the Kursk region, have destroyed overnight a column of 14 vehicles moving in to reinforce Russian troops repelling the advance.

Hundreds of Russian soldiers were likely killed.

"The situation in the Kursk Region remains difficult. In cooperation with the social services and non-governmental organizations a system of assistance to internally displaced persons has been organized," wrote acting governor, Alexey Smirnov.
