This week the wife of Brazilian President Lula da Silva, Janja Lula da Silva, used an expletive when discussed U.S. billionaire Elon Musk who recently quipped that Lula and his Worker's Party would 'lose the next election'. Mrs. da Silva desperately wants to censor social media networks in order to prevent this from happening.
The antics of the first lady of Brazil come on the heels of the administrative state in Brazil targeting former President Jair Bolsonaro for prosecution for 'destroying democracy'.
The former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro and some of his closest allies are among dozens of people formally accused by federal police of being part of a criminal conspiracy designed to obliterate Brazil’s democratic system through a rightwing coup d’état, wrote the left-wing mouthpiece, The Guardian.
In a statement, police said the report – which has been forwarded to the supreme court – formally accused a total of 37 people of crimes including involvement in an attempted coup, the formation of a criminal organization, and trying to tear down one of the world’s largest democracies.
As Brazil's general election approaches in 2026, will the Trump victory in America provide relief to the people of Brazil from tyranny? That is the question now on everyone's mind, from Paulista to the North.
As with the U.S. 2020 election, the 2022 Brazilian poll saw avowed socialist Lula 'win' power in a severely tainted and overtly corrupt electoral process, which relies completely on voting machines, where the source code is withheld from public inspection.
"There was a massive coup in Brazil; they stole the election. Then came the Jan 6 type operation; people were jailed, then the entire nation was censored," according to one Brazilian resident we recently met over coffee in Miami.
The question is what will happen over the next two years and into 2026. The Brazilian people are suffering under the Lula regime, analogous to the American experience under President Biden, and the Ukrainian people under Volodymyr Zelenski.
"Brazil is now in a 'do-or-die' situation," our source added. "There were 500,000 people in the streets around independence day in September. There was palpable anger."
"In the face of mass protest and the possibility of civil unrest, what did the regime do? They ratcheted it all down -- stopped arresting congressmen and journalists, and moved to a lower form of covert tyranny - censorship and blacklisting."
"So far, it's working."
And, who are the people running this coup against Brazilian democracy? They are globalist elite power players led by Alexandre de Moraes, the Minister of the Supreme Federal Court of Brazil.
Moraes has overseen a slow encroachment on civil rights and Brazilian freedoms, issuing rulings to stop criticism of his court's decisions and their repressive effect on the citizens of Brazil.
Thousands of opposition figures have been jailed, attacked, or exiled.
President Lula, conveniently let out of jail by de Moreaes to run against Bolsonaro, is just a figurehead, again like Joe Biden -- neither of whom work for the welfare of their citizens, and are simply following orders of the globalist cabal.
In recent off-year elections, Bolsonaro's party swept. There were no Worker's Party winners in mayoral elections. In other words, it was too big to rig, so the regime allowed the election to be somewhat fair, similar to what America just experienced on Nov 5.
President Lula da Silva can't go out in public. He is booed and shamed as a 'thief'. The regime can't risk this harsh publicity, so they are orchestrating large events, again, similar to Kamala Harris and Biden in the United States.
Recently at one religious site, da Silva was heckled, with people saying, "Watch out the thief will steal the saint!", speaking of a religious statue of a saint in the background.
The regime would like to arrest former President Bolsonaro, but they can't -- hundreds of supporters would protect. However, de Moraes has barred him from running again for office for eight years.The significant similarities between the globalist tactics in America and Brazil don't end there. It is worth remembering the Jan 6-like operation in Brazil after the election steal was just like that in the United States. People were jailed and persecuted who protested, all the while some promoted the 'military would take care of the problem', which never happened of course.
"Trust the plan", they said. Does that sound familiar? It should.
It is worth remembering that American intelligence and national security officials were heavily involved in the Brazilian elections and on the ground in-country.
There are now theories that the power players behind Lula are looking to throw him under the bus, in order to give the people a scalp and keep those pulling the levers of power, well, in power.
Soon, his two year impeachment protection since the inauguration will be expired. Geraldo Alckmin is the former mayor of Sao Paulo, and was seen as a centrist, but threw his hat into the ring with the communists and took power with Lula. However, the public may be pacified with a President Alckmin, and Lula put back in prison.
"Lula steals and sends the money to the Chinese, but Alckmin steals and at least keeps it in Brazil," the people say. Lula revealed an alleged assassination plot against Alckmin this week.
In America, the First Amendment, protected by the Second Amendment, has kept the American citizen somewhat free under the attempted tyranny of the Biden globalist regime.
Brazilans have no such protection.
Will Bolsonaro follow Trump in the north to return triumphantly to power with the Brazilian people overwhelmingly behind him?
"Politics is about PEOPLE and MEANS", wrote exiled Brazilian journalist Alan de Santos on X.
"There is no political movement without a PERSON", he added. Hence the effort to imprison Bolsonaro.
The effort to censor social media continues.
The free speech video-on-demand platform Rumble has been blocked in Brazil. Elon Musk seems to have also caved to de Moraes demands with regards to censorship on X, paying large fines. No one knows what deal was cut with the close Trump advisor and the Brazilain regime.
What is for sure is that the level of censorship will decide Brazil's future. The actions of the Trump administration, dismantling the censorship regime in America, will also impact global efforts to create the world-wide surveillance state, and will provide hope to the people of Brazil.
