Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stated Hamas is backtracking on the hostage deal announced by President Trump. Trump National Security Advisor Waltz responded below.
Hamas has informed negotiators that only 3 of 7 kidnapped Americans remain alive.
Prime Minister's Office:
Hamas backs out of the understandings and creates a last-minute crisis that prevents an agreement.
Hamas is backing away from the explicit understandings reached with the mediators and Israel in a last-minute blackmail attempt.
Israel will not set a date for a cabinet and government meeting until the mediators announce that Hamas has approved all the details of the agreement.
"I want all Israelis to hear me out. If Hams breaches this deal, we will back Israel 100% to go back to the war; in the end, Hamas will no longer be in Gaza," declared Trump National Security Advisor Mike Waltz on Fox News.
