Special Counsel Jack Smith has indicted President Trump for January 6, 2020 'insurrection'.

It is now common knowledge that the 'insurrection' was populated by scores of Federal agents inciting the crowd to riot.

The four-count, 45-page indictment accuses Trump of three distinct conspiracies, charging that he conspired to defraud the U.S., conspired to obstruct an official proceeding and conspired against people’s rights, reported The Washington Post.

Trump has said he will not drop out of the campaign even if convicted.

The indictment is part of a continuing effort by President* Joe Biden to force his main opponent out of the 2024 race.
