Hunter Biden sent his father, President Joe Biden, monthly payments from one of his bank accounts that received money from Hunter's Chinese business associates.
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer shared a video Monday on on Twitter that he said revealed redacted bank records evidencing direct payments to Joe Biden from Hunter Biden's Owasco P.C. bank account.
"Today, the House Oversight Committee is releasing subpoenaed bank records that show Hunter Biden's business entity, Owasco PC, made direct monthly payments to Joe Biden. This wasn't a payment from Hunter Biden's personal account but an account for his corporation that received payments from China and other shady corners of the world," said Comer.
"Payments from Hunter's business entity to Joe Biden are now part of a pattern revealing Joe Biden knew about, participated in and benefited from his family's influence peddling schemes."
From the bank records, the payments seem to have begun in September 2018.
After the first impeachment inquiry began a few months ago in late September, House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hunter Biden and the president's brother, Jim Biden's personal and business records.
Comer released records about a month ago and proffered that monies the committee discovered at that time originated in China and resulted in a $40,000 check to Joe Biden in September 2017.
A Chinese firm sent $5 million to another one of Hunter Biden's companies, Hudson West III, in August 2017. From there, Hunter Biden wired $400,000 to Owasco P.C. and more than $130,000 to another Hunter Biden corporate account.
Hunter Biden then gave $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, which is the business account belonging to Uncle Jim Biden and his wife, Sara. They, in turn, deposited $50,000 into their personal account and sent a check to Joe Biden for $40,000 and characterized that check as a loan repayment.
Comer's Committee has been on a roll for a month subpoenaing not only Hunter Biden but his uncle Jim Biden for depositions later this month. The Committee has put other family members and business associates on notice. The Committee is focusing on the next round - Rob Walker, Sara Biden, Hallie Biden, the late Beau Biden's widow, and her sister, Carolyn, who had some kind of a personal relationship with Hunter Biden as earlier reported by CDM.

Did Hunter or any other Biden declare those payments as income on their tax returns? Personal loans cannot be repaid from a commercial account.
DE Prosecutor Weiss & forensic accts, bank records, IRS returns, and Comer's Comt. investigators each have some evidence, but, do not assume that Cmte. has all docs. Subpoenas still flying. Cross-referencing everything is tres importante. Focus should be on 1) financial flow of money; 2) lobbying business model & laws broken if any (ie FARA registration); 3) quid pro quo - foreign corporate and foreign govt favors for money - bribes.
