The Biden Administration Connects Population Control To Climate Change To Zoonotic Diseases Using Taxpayers' Money For Federal Financial Allocations

Wherever you stand on population control, LGBTIQ+, cartoon porn in your first-graders’ library books, climate change - warming or cooling - bugs for dinner or insects for breakfast, or think cows fart too much, or the push for electrical vehicles sounds nuts because your monthly grocery bills are still depleting your monthly budgets as half-and-half cream, meat, and egg prices continued to climb, it is imperative that the public understands the priorities and rationale where U.S. taxpayers' monies are allocated under whatever administration in power, including the publicly stated reasons versus their documents because federal money is taxpayers’ money.

The Biden Administration is transparent if you dig for documents instead of listening to the White House's staged press conferences and the Biden administration officials' twisted political rhetoric.

Today, Joe Biden’s family planning policy is currently viewed as a climate change solution and connected to zoonotic disease according to his administration's government documents.

So, all those so-called crazy “conspiracies” about overpopulation and Bill Gates et al want to depopulate, or the Biden Administration has its sights on ‘culling’ human population - think again - someday soon, some may not have the freedom to choose how many children they want to have based upon climate change, overpopulation and zoonotic diseases.

The Biden administration's documents regarding funding allocations say it all.

US taxpayers paid for more than 65 million condoms for foreign countries in fiscal year 2022 as part of a program for “family planning,” which a US government  agency claims in other documents as a climate change solution, which they claim is connected to zoonotic diseases.

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which falls under the US State Department and headed by Obama-Biden loyalist Samantha Power, who served as Obama’s US Ambassador to the United Nations, sent 65.5 million condoms, 9.8 million injectable birth control products and 334,000 IUDs abroad in fiscal year 2022 as part of its efforts to facilitate family planning, according to USAID document

That document specifically cites “[mitigating] the impact of population dynamics on natural resources and state stability” as one of the benefits of the family planning program, while a 2023 USAID document directly asserts that “climate vulnerability, population growth and unmet need for family planning often occur together,” pushing family planning as a climate solution.

The USAID has sent the contraceptives to a lot of countries, which reads like a third world list:  Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, DRC, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Haiti, India, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tanzania, Timor Leste, Togo, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, according to the USAID website.

Since Biden came into office, US Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen visited Zambia and South Africa, VP Kamala Harris visited Ghana,Tanzania and Zambia, and even First Lady Jill Biden visited Kenya and Nambia as the Biden Administration pushed for the One Global Health program at the World Health Organization.

Many African nations pushed back on the WHO's "One Health" program, which would put their nation's health sovereignty under the auspices of the WHO even though Biden has pushed it during his tenure, as CMD Contributor Dr. David Bell so eloquently reported six months ago.

But, that has not stopped the Biden Administrations' effort to court African leaders. In Dec. 2022, President Biden hosted a dinner at the White House for African Leaders.

It is interesting to note that when Yellen, Harris, and Mrs. Biden visited Africa, the underlying reasons for their visits were to establish an African-U.S. frontier relationship even though the truth is that China has held the African market for years through coercive infrastructure projects.

It all sounds so good on the surface, but when juxta-positioned with the documents, the US push with some of these countries has more nefarious objectives like climate change, overpopulation, digital control aspirations in the future, and zoonotic disease links.

The USAID’s “stated” reason for distributing the contraceptives is to reduce the prevalence of AIDS, improve educational outcomes for women and decreasing abortion rates, according to the overview document for the program.

For example, the agency sent 500,000 condoms to Yemen as part of the “Strengthening Family Planning Services in Yemen” program over several years. Of those more than 500,000 condoms, 438,801 were “consumed,” according to the USAID’s 2022 report on the program in Yemen although today, Yemeni Houthis have launched strikes against ships in the Middle East theatre against Israel and its allies. And, in the past, the U.S. has supported the Saudis striking the Houthis, who are supported by Iran as earlier reported by CDM

“Today, in the 41 countries where USAID focuses its support, modern contraceptive prevalence has increased to 34 percent, and the average family size has dropped to 3.9,” according to the USAID’s program overview document.

The questions arising are these figures correct and is the “stated” reason the “real” reason for the financial allocation and distribution, as new reports barrel into announcing that the world’s population has now reached 8 billion in 2023.

USAID links climate change and the importance of family planning as  “access to rights-based planning and girls’ education are among the most impactful climate solutions,” and that “climate change-related displacement can worsen already entrenched gender inequalities” like “disruptions in access to essential health services, poor maternal health outcomes, and an increase in gender-based violence and child marriage.”

Those who push for government action on climate change often argue that unchecked population growth is detrimental to the environment because an increased global population consumes more resources, and hence,  population decline would make for a more sustainable world.

“In 2023, the global population surpassed 8 billion. With 1 billion people projected to be added to our human ranks by 2040 and an additional 1 billion more by 2060, demographic trends and variables play an important role in understanding and confronting the world’s climate crisis. Population growth, along with increasing consumption, tends to increase emissions of climate-changing greenhouse gases. Rapid population growth worsens the impacts of climate change by straining resources. It also exposes more people to climate-related risks,” reads the Population Connection website link connected to population and climate.

But, the argument does not stop there.

Proponents of the detrimental effects of ignoring climate policy also have advanced the theory that zoonotic disease is also connected to overpopulation.

“Until humans change the way we produce food and energy, population growth will remain a driver of deforestation, habitat loss, and climate change—three challenges that amplify the threat of zoonotic disease outbreaks. The human activities most likely to put people at risk of contracting zoonoses include uncontrolled wildlife trade, intensified agriculture, habitat destruction, deforestation and other land use changes, antimicrobial resistance, and climate change,” reads The Population Connection website link connected to population and zoonosis.

Stated rhetoric is not as important as the cross-referencing of government budgets and documents of non-government organizations in lockstep with the Biden administration and its overall goals while addressing overpopulation, climate change, and zoonotic diseases.

In the end, it is telling story from the documents alone.
