Most accused sex traffickers who indulge in this behavior for years never really believe they will be held accountable and if the allegations in Combs’ grand jury indictment are even half truth with credible testimony and evidence, Combs life has just begun to shift dramatically with the judge’s ruling today that Combs is denied bail.

Federal prosecutors argued that Combs is a “extreme danger to the community.”

    The judge agreed.

“Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to be held without bail until he faces trial in a case accusing him of abusing women including drugging and forcing them to take part in what he called Freak Off sex sessions.

These are where women were drugged and forced to have sex with male prostitutes for Combs’ sexual gratification. Combs also videotaped the sometimes days-long sex sessions. Those who were forced to participate were given IVF afterward to heal.

Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky made the ruling after a nearly two-hour long hearing where prosecutors and lawyers for the hip-hop mogul argued over whether he should be jailed.

Federal prosecutor Emily Johnson asked Tarnofsky to remand Combs arguing that he’s an “extreme danger to the community” because he’s an alleged “serial abuser” and because he’s tried to obstruct justice on multiple occasions by trying to persuade witnesses to lie and protect his reputation.

Johnson proffered to the court that Combs tried to bribe a hotel security officer to cover-up an alleged March 5, 2016 assault of his then girlfriend Cassie Ventura. In that incident, Combs also allegedly tried to destroy the surveillance video that emerged in the public earlier this year. Combs can be seen literally throwing Ventura to the ground like a rag doll and kicking her and toss her repeatedly as he dragged her down a hotel hallway.

Johnson told the court that Combs texted former Diddy-Dirty Money singer Kalenna Harper 58 times after she was named in a recent lawsuit against him brought by Dawn Richard.

Harper on Friday issued a statement she had not seen the rapper abuse anyone.

Combs “has an ongoing ability to keep witnesses…in his pocket and at his disposal,” Johnson argued.

The indictment stipulates that Combs and those around him have intimidated, threatened and in some cases committed arson and kidnapping and financially coerced victims and witnesses and even blackmailed them.

Sources have told CDM that New York prosecutors have interviewed at least four Jane Does and one John Doe involved with these sex-trafficking allegations and a RICO case filed against Combs. This is an ongoing investigation.

If Combs is convicted, he is expected to receive a long sentence.
