All my life, I've had these flashbacks, these dreams, nightmares, daymares, like visions, where I relive certain plays. Only the bad plays. I see them over and over, as if somebody's rewinding a tape and forcing me to watch.”

On Monday the Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin was captured on video kneeling on George Floyd’s neck which lead to the perpetrators death. Killing the intoxicated counterfeiter in cold blood with the assistance of 3 other officers at the scene cost officer Chauvin his job and all 4 cops were promptly fired on Tuesday morning. It all started with a routine 911 call to the police that sets the scene.
Operator: 911 what's the address of the emergency?
Caller: This is ah 3759 Chicago Ave.
Operator: How can I help you?
Caller: Um someone comes our store and give us fake bills and we realize it before he left the store, and we ran back outside, they was sitting on their car. We tell them to give us their phone, put their (inaudible) thing back and everything and he was also drunk and everything and return to give us our cigarettes back and so he can, so he can go home but he doesn't want to do that, and he's sitting on his car cause he is awfully drunk and he's not in control of himself.
On Friday morning Derek Chauvin was taken into custody and faces charges of 3rd-degree murder and manslaughter. This arrest occurred after 3 nights of rioting which culminated in the burning of police precinct 3 on Thursday night. The 3 other officers involved in the arrest gone wrong, Tou Thao, Thomas Lane and J. Alexander Kueng, are currently under investigation with imminent charges pending.
In a criminal complaint filed Friday afternoon, prosecutors wrote that Chauvin "had his knee on Mr. Floyd's neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds. Two minutes and 53 seconds of this was after Mr. Floyd was non-responsive. Police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous." Indeed, police are trained not to kill suspects but when they do these murders invariably happen in a dark back ally or some sanctioned interrogation building like Chicago’s Homan Square. It is a rare day when the police kill someone in broad daylight with crowds of people recording the torture and asphyxiation which is live-streamed on social media and tweeted out by the state’s Attorney General’s Outreach Director.
It’s not the first time something like this has happened in America and some of those past controversial police shootings and deaths that occur during arrest were recorded, but none were as... cinematic as this one. Who recorded this video? What were THEY thinking for the 9 minutes it took officer Chauvin to choke the life out of Mr. Floyd - “I better hold this phone steady.” If the cops can kill a person for no reason at mid-day and citizens will look on and, going the extra step, record the assault it raises the uncomfortable question, will it ever change?
Minneapolis has a long road ahead of it and, unfortunately for America, the #FakeNews media is going to milk this story for the weekend in an attempt to soil the reputation of cops in general, America’s history and the current occupant of the White House. The Twin Cities are a Democrat stronghold and this problem is centered in Democrat policy.

Medical Examiner says no indication that subject was asphyxiated or strangulated. So, how was this alleged murder accomplished?
Shouldn't the DA know how someone died before fabricating charges he was murdered?
A repeat of Freddie Gray case. Taxpayers prepare to pay back wages to re-instated cops and a $5 million settlement to the family of the dead man. Plus you get to pay for all the fire damage.
While sitting on a neck is dangerous for many reasons, paralysis being the first, it is likely not probable that you can asphyxiate a person in this manner. I didn't witness the entire scene but police these days are quick to go physical and race has nothing to do with it. When you glorify a culture of gangs, drugs, welfare, crime, fatherless families and rap music, the behavior of certain groups leads to more police interactions. That being said, there are plenty of cases daily where whites are also physically subdued yet we do not see white riots. There are cases daily of black on white or black on Mexican/Asian crimes and nobody riots. One group uses race as an excuse to do as they please. Every immigrant group in America has leap-frogged blacks in success and realizing the American Dream, not because of race but because of black culture and behavior. Fix these and you'll get respect from others.
I saw a former federal agent with an expertise in martial arts explain that what happened is the knee to Floyd's neck likely cut off the blood flow from his carotid artery to his brain. Not asphyxiation but death nonetheless. And no one who didn't force themselves to watch that entire, sickening 10 minute video is opining with part of a story in their understanding.
