Senator Mitch McConnell has been steadfast in using the Republican majority and President Trump in the White House to fill every bench seat in America’s judicial system. And his move is paying off. A seventh circuit judge has overturned an Obama appointed judges’ ruling that allows those in Wisconsin, a crucial swing state, to vote up to a week later for the election.

But thanks to the Seventh Circuit Court, this ruling was shutdown. If it hadn’t been, it would mean that U.S. District Judge William Conley could ensure that those in the state would not know the election results on election night. This ruling would mean that those who voted, and expected a result, would start to lose trust in their democratic process, and trust the authenticity of the election process.

The federal appeals court halted the ruling o Sunday for six-day extension for counting absentee ballots. Now, in Wisconsin, all ballots will have to be counted by 8pm on November 3rd.

President Trump has led the charge against the left who have advocated for absentee and mail-in ballots for the upcoming election. While Judge Conley wanted to help with the potential for voter fraud by extending the time the ballots could be counted, now, the right has won the opportunity for a fair election in the same state Trump won in 2016. Project Veritas released a bombshell expose on the voter fraud with absentee and mail-in ballots in Minneapolis, and Trump has called for an investigation. The Republican Party has also asked the Supreme Court to stop the extension for mail-in voting in Pennsylvania.

The movement is growing online with the hashtag, #stopthesteal.
