Arizona State Rep Mark Finchem Says AZ Attorney General Will Likely Seize Maricopa County Election Routers Within 30 Days

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland yesterday issued a letter threatening states holding audits of the 2020 U.S. general election with Federal criminal charges.

You can read the entire document on the PDF tab below:

Today on Steve Bannon’s War Room Pandemic, Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem, who is running for AZ Secretary of State, said that if Maricopa County Board of Elections does not turn over election routers, spunk logs, and other equipment subpoenaed by the State Senate, the issue would be turned over to the AZ Attorney General and equipment could very well be seized within the next 30 days.

Decertification of the 2020 election results by the AZ legislature is also strong possibility.

“AZ AG Mark Brnovich has this authority and he knows it,” declared Finchem.

Finchem also again pointed out that under the U.S. Constitution, states have the authority to run their own elections.

I’m fairly sure Garland’s attack is just more of the “lawfare” tactics. But one thing is for sure, this implicates him in the crime if he’s trying to cover up the election outcome.

So why 30 days….GO in there NOW and get them. You wait 30 days, you will come up empty handed. They will alter or destroy them…guaranteed. Get on the midnight raid train and do it NOW.

There are legal procedures and there are illegal actions that generates legal defence for stoping them. Some people, including US AG,

now seem to consider a fight instead of legal procedures as the dream of their life .

In other words, some people now do not know that their style of approaching its not new to humanity, that it is known since at least the Summer and the greeks, and since then numerous efforts the humans did to prevent that style to arrive as a state style. Well, the human beings have not stoped their mentionated efforts. Thus, that style has just short horizont of duration..

So much for transparency. Yes we already know the Justice Dept., FBI, and Courts have all been compromised and don’t want the truth to be known.
Why not just start lining people up against the wall and start shooting them for doing anything against this despotic regime. You Stalinistas need to get much more repressive.

Most states only have to keep election materials for 22 mos. We are beyond 1/4 of that already. No more waiting. They have already been subpoenaed, just go in and arrest them and take the materials. NO MORE WAITING.

Didn’t one of AZ’s senators tell Garland if he poked his nose into this, he would spend time in an AZ jail cell? I would love to see that.

The so-called authorities at the AG office are making sure the bad guys have plenty of time to destroy the evidence. Not that there are ever any consequences for Democrat criminals even WITH evidence…

A subpoena is a subpoena is a subpoena is a subpoena. What part of a subpoena don’t they understand? Hand over the routers like 4 months ago already as the judge ordered. No more Mr. Nice Guy. Your time is way past EXPIRED!

There is no logic to this kabuki theater. 4 months is too long for no action, never mind another 30 days. Are there no honest people in Az law enforcement or the AG’S OFFICE? Where are the reporters with the desire to uncover the truth? This whole situation stinks! Just like that cesspool DC!

Sure, lets tell them in advance so they can plan an accidental warehouse fire.
Just do it already!

Why announce it? Now they will just wipe the information before they get seized.
