On the heels of President Joe Biden throwing the weight of America behind Israel and committing to a $100 billion war package to Israel, Gaza, West Bank and expected to include funds for Ukraine and Taiwan upon his return to Washington, DC after his trip to Tel Aviv, demonstrators took the streets in the nation’s Capitol and inside the Congressional Cannon Office Building. 

Shouting ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and demanding an end to the ongoing conflict and carrying “ceasefire,” they flooded the congressional governement building with Capitol Police in plain sight.

Video footage shot by Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene from the inside the Cannon building and onto the demonstrators outside, shouting “Not in our name,” and calling for stolen land to be returned and no funds for Israel, the president will seemingly be greeted with strong opposition to his foreign policy related to the Israel-Hamas conflict. 

Congresswoman characterized the event as an "insurrection" as she moved through the Cannon Building shooting footage.
