Independent Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy's has had another intruder arrive at his personal residence.

An intruder climbed over a fence to gain access to RFK, Jr's residence in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA), which has the security contract for Kennedy, detected and detained the intruder, who asked to see the candidate. The intruder was turned over to the Los Angeles Police Department.

After being released from police custody, the man immediately returned to Kennedy's residence and was arrested again. Mr. Kennedy was home at the time of both arrests.

GDBA had notified the Secret Service about this specific obsessed individual several times in recent months and shared alarming communications he has sent to Mr. Kennedy.

Kennedy's campaign has submitted formal requests for Secret Service protection, yet U.S. Department of Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas has refused to approve the protection request.

With a wink, nod and blessing, President Joe Biden could override Mayorkas' refusal to give Kennedy U.S. Secret Service Protection, but Biden and his White House have refused.

Every presidential administration for 55 years has been afforded early protection to candidates who have requested it. Politics is never an issue as it appears with the Biden administration.

President Jimmy Carter's administration granted secret service protection to U.S. Senator Ted Kennedy, who challenged Carter for the presidency in 1980. Jesse Jackson ran for president in 1984 and 1988 and was granted early protection by the Reagan administration. President George W. Bush ordered secret service protection to U.S. Senator Barack Obama when he announced.

At this point in time, it appears that the Biden White House and administration are abdicating their responsibility, putting politics over not protecting a presidential candidate, their family and the campaign.

The Kennedy campaign has submitted its third formal request for protection.

This is the third formal request sent to Sec. Mayorkas.
