In a string of court rulings, a Colorado judge has ruled on Friday in favor of keeping former President Donald Trump on Colorado’s 2024 presidential state ballot.
The plaintiffs in the case requested that the court remove Trump from the state's presidential ballot for allegedly inciting an "insurrection" against the United States on January 6, 2021.
Denver Judge Sarah B. Wallace issued the ruling that Trump was not ineligible for office under the 14th Amendment as had the courts in Michigan and Minnesota, as earlier reported by CDM.
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, on behalf of a group of six Colorado voters, brought the suit against the Colorado secretary of state and Trump.
