Laura Loomer has issued a report that Nikki Haley is an anchor baby, and neither of her parents were U.S. citizens at the time of her birth.
If correct, this would make Haley ineligible to run for president.

Did you read past the headline? Loomer says Haley was born in the USA but that neither of her parents were US citizens. There's a difference between citizen and natural-born citizen. I don't know Nikki Haley's status or the specific laws or how they are worded. If she is ineligible, she is ineligible, Mr. Obama won both his State Senate and his US Senate races by having the courts disqualify his opponents and he ran unopposed both times. Rules is rules.

Nikki Haley is a Globalist. The Constitution would simply be ignored for her. The fact that she's running at all is proof of that. The (Uni)Party has already cleared her on that.

A person with a student visa or even resident alien status is not really under US jurisdiction (as stated in the 14th Amendment) as evidenced by the fact that a US citizen studying or working in a foreign country is still subject to conscription by the US government (Still under US jurisdiction). For that reason, the current application of the 14th Amendment regarding births to noncitizens like Harris or Haley is wrong.
