In a dramatic political move, republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump returned to the scene of his first attempted assassination in Butler, Pennsylvania Saturday with Tesla Founder and X CEO Elon Musk leaping on the stage with Trump. They both delivered the same strong message to America - “VOTE.”
"President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution," Musk shouted. “He must win to preserve democracy in America."
Trump praised Musk on stage.
He "saved free speech" by purchasing the social media platform, X, and making it a platform for free speech.
"This one request," Musk said. "It's very important. Register to vote, and get everyone you know and everyone you don't know — drag them to register to vote."
Musk predicted that if people don't vote in this election, it would be the last election.
"This election could be decided by 1,000 votes, 500 votes [or] a tiny margin," Musk said. "So get everyone you know to register to vote."
Musk concluded his remarks by saying, "Vote! Vote! Vote! Fight! Fight! Fight!"
Trump also blasted the Biden-Harris administration’s response to Hurricane Helene, suggesting politics topped the safety of Americans.
“This has been the worst Hurricane Response by a president and vice president since Katrina—and this is simply unacceptable.” Trump told his supporters.
“Kamala wined and dined in San Francisco, and all the people in North Carolina—no helicopters, no rescue. What’s happening there is very bad,” he added. “They’re offering $750 to people whose homes have been washed away—meanwhile, they send our money to other countries by the billions.”
Trump returned 84 days after the lone assassin wounded him in the ear.
“As I was saying,” Trump said, turning toward a graph on a projector screen behind him. “I love that chart. I love that graph. Isn’t it a beautiful thing?”
The graph showed the number of illegals crossing U.S. borders recorded on Trump’s last day in office in 2021 as compared to the enormous hike during the Biden Harris administration.
It was the same chart he was looking at when the bullet grazed his right ear on July 13.
Trump thanked the Secret Service as well as the local law enforcement and emergency responders who came to his and the other victims shot that day.
Trump urged the massive crowd to deliver an Election Day victory as the ultimate response to the failed assassination.
“Twelve weeks ago, we all took a bullet for America,” Trump said. “All we are all asking is that everyone goes out and votes. We got to win. We can’t let this happen to our country.”
