By the time Kamala Harris took to the stage at the Democratic National Convention and received her party’s "no-primary vote coronation" blowing out the traditional national party rules for the first time in American history, FREEDOM was the party Queen's mantra. “Never going back” was her shout-out.
Just this week, Harrismade it crystal clear in an interview with Hallie Jackson on NBC that she sees no religious exemptions on the horizon when it comes to abortion.
What does that mean?
Possibly a ripple effect of dire consequences for doctors and nurses who would choose not to participate in abortion procedures because of their religious beliefs.
Harris is tossing out the notion of medical autonomy wrapped up in a woman's right to choose.
But, what does that mean when the Biden Harris Administration did just the opposite and nuked medical autonomy when Joe and Kamala moved on mandating coronavirus vaccinations for federal employees or encouraged business leaders to mandate masks and shots in order to keep one's job?
Recently the vice-president stated on The View when asked if she would do anything differently from President Joe Biden if elected, she stated "Nothing comes to mind."
So, perhaps, Americans should ask, is it hypocritical to push FREEDOM and Medical Autonomy when that is not across the board for all medical situations?
What would that mean for the transgender policies targeting minor children?
Is a President Kamala Harris going to claim that FREEDOM rings as a Harris Walz administration pushes transgender policies that would remove a child from the parents' home or allow school administrators and staff to keep secrets from the child's parents?
Would a President Kamala Harris stand with the state to decide whether a child can be ripped from their parents' home if the parents disagree with the state, the school administrators and staff, and the unions over queer ideology transgenderism being pushed upon their children?
On the one hand, Harris notes in the NBC interview that she is against criminalizing doctors and nurses who engage in abortive procedures where states have banned abortions, but Harris sees no religious exemptions over abortion.
Will doctors and nurses be able to opt-out on religious grounds?
Will private hospitals be able to opt-out on religious grounds?
Furthermore, what does it say about Harris' principle of ethical consistency for medical autonomy for all if medical autonomy is not "inclusive?"
As of September 2021, the Biden Harris White House's Office of Science & Technology acknowledged that the Biden Harris covid policy was to have a mandated seasonal coronavirus vaccination.
The NBC interview can be watched here in full.
The abortion question begins at 7:59 in this 20 minutes interview.
