Dr. Enver Tohti Bughda aka Dr. Tohti graduated from Xinjiang Shihezi Medical College in 1985 and served as attending physician in the Department of Oncology Surgery in Central Hospital of the Urumqi Rail Bureau.

Dr. Tohti testified before the London/China Tribunal and has spoken before the Scottish parliament accompanied by Former Canadian Lawyers, MP David Kilgour and Davis Matas Co-authors of 'Bloody harvest'.
