I have a trove of information for Gregg and Catherine, but have been unable to get a verification through open.ink, a problem which could be because my identity was stolen recently. Even Apple notified me that it could not verify my identity. Before open.ink was set up, Catherine (True the Vote) had someone call me asking for my facts and evidence. I have more of both now, but can't get connected to open.ink for uploading.
I have immutable proof of a foreign corporation's illegal conduct and of several involved individuals' felonies—their conduct expressly declared so, pursuant to U.S. Code. My proof is immutable because a legal action to these specific underlying facts has already been filed and decided in a federal court. These particulars are filed in the Federal Register also. Court documents including the agreed Final Judgment stipulations, are signed by a federal judge—who retained jurisdiction, in part, "to punish any violations" of the ten-year judgment terms.
The ten-year agreement was violated, in whole, with assistance from a foreign corporation — within 16 months. I have copies of certified documents to show these criminal acts, meant to control the outcome of U.S. elections.
U.S. Code provides an expeditious remedy along with a statutory declaration that it SHALL BE the DUTY of U.S. attorneys to commence the procedure to prevent or restrain these ongoing criminal acts. The Code also provides an expeditious remedy from the court to act. This remedy is where we can effectively start to protect the integrity of the 2024 election.
The foreign and U.S. corporate entities and individuals involved are subject to massive fines — up to $100M for corporations and for individuals up to $1M, or 10 years in prison, or both. To stop the continuing felonies, a federal judge has authority to issue an injunction as soon as the defendants are served. I'm wrapping us a report for a federal judge who has agreed to look at the facts and evidence.
