What a coincidence! Purged the day before the audit started! How do you say spoliation of evidence? That means plaintiff wins because the opposing party caused the condition making it impossible for the plaintiff to provide his her its their case.
Nothing will happen to these criminals. Maybe a nominal punishment just for propaganda. But probably not even that.
