There are a very few in Congress that are NOT part of the swamp. If it were found to be 90% bad I would think that was low! They have infiltrated everything and it is most likely all being run by the CIA, who is a rouge government entity of its own doing and are out of control. Have you noticed the MSM never even mentions them? They used to proclaim all sorts of evils committed by the CIA! That has stopped!
