Petitioners in a lawsuit organized by VoterGA to inspect Fulton County ballots have added stunning claims in their amended complaint and provided new evidence from recently released public records that show Fulton County’s hand count audit of the November 2020 election was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.
The claims are based on a VoterGA data team’s analysis of Fulton’s November 2020 mail-in ballot images in comparison with the published results of the hand count audit that was conducted on November 14th and 15th. The Images became public after Petitioners won a court order on April 13th and VoterGA lobbying efforts led the Georgia General Assembly to make all images public under Open Records Requests beginning March 25th. After studying the images, the data team can now prove they don’t match audit results. In many cases, images appear to be correct but the audit results are riddled with errors or fraud.
AUDIT ERRORS
The team’s analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton’s official November 3rd 2020 results. These inaccuracies are due to discrepancies in votes for Donald Trump, Joe Biden or total votes cast compared to their reported audit totals for respective batches. Thus, the error reporting rate in Fulton’s hand count audit is a whopping 60%.
DUPLICATE VOTES IN AUDIT RESULTS
One type of error discovered involved duplicate reporting of counts for batches of ballots. The VoterGA data team found at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots with 4,255 total extra votes were redundantly added into the Fulton Co. audit results for the November 3rd election. These illicit extra votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson.
FALSE AUDIT REPORTING
But it is not simply a case of errors. The VoterGA team found 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.
AUDIT RESULTS WITHOUT BALLOTS
Fulton Co. failed to include over 100,000 tally sheets, including more than 50,000 from mail-in ballots, when the results were originally published for the full hand count audit conducted by the office of the Secretary of State for the November 3rd 2020 election. Those tally sheets remained missing until late February when the county supplemented their original audit results.
MISSING CHAIN OF CUSTODY PROOF
Petitioners contend that Fulton County did not provide drop box transfer forms for at least three pickup days when obligated to do so via an Open Records Request. Those missing forms are still needed to provide chain of custody proof for about 5,000 ballots.
BALLOTS UNREPORTED IN AUDIT RESULTS
The data team also found over 200 Fulton County mail-in ballot images containing votes not included in the hand count audit results for the November 3rd election. All of these anomalies are now included in the Fulton County ballot inspection lawsuit as additional counts of how the Equal Protection and Due Process Constitutional rights of Georgia voters were violated.
AUDIT PROCEDURAL FLAWS
All of this new evidence is in addition to the evidence of counterfeit ballots that formed the basis of the Fulton ballot inspection lawsuit. So why do all of these fraud and errors exist? The answer is in VoterGA co-founder, Garland Favorito’s affidavit that was completed last year. Favorito, the lead plaintiff who is a career IT professional specializing in system development methodology and procedures, found that in Fulton and many other counties:
PUBLIC VERIFICATION
The VoterGA team set up the ballot images so anyone in the general public can verify the work of the team. This includes a link to the Fulton mail-in ballot images that can be compared with the publicly available hand count audit results and the falsified tally sheets that can be manually contrasted against the ballot image batches . But perhaps the most important thing to understand is that Fulton officials and the SOS office have been in possession of this data for the past six months. They did not choose to correct the errors and investigate the fraud. Instead, they chose to cover it up.

Minor fraud is party workers collecting ballots from care homes which are blank and marking them up. Major fraud is election counters recording votes that or for one candidate for another repeatedly or using machines to deliberately misrepresent totals. In the 2020 US election there was major fraud and yes it certainly changed the outcome of the election.
There is lots of proof of fraud published here. hat are the Republicans doing about it. Where are the law suits demanding the fraud be punished and the loopholes allowing it be changed? All the conservative entities flood my email and messages for contributions. I see no action on their part probably scared off by liberal lies. Until I see some concrete evidence that something substantial is being done aside from Arizona, no moe $ from me.
The fact that the Fulton County Chairman Rob Pitts has been using taxpayer dollars to stop this investigation tells you everything you need to know.

Ok I read this but what happened to Arizona? I kept hearing and reading giant audit and results coming, but nothing. For us Conservatives to buy into this "press" we need results!
The fraud looks big enough that the Georgia Sec. of State likely should be facing charges of possible voter fraud or else violating his oath of office to assure honest elections.
It’s not at all likely the results of the election would be nullified, but that any criminal action on the part of election officials be prosecuted in court and that if there was any interference from overseas entities, such as the Chinese, that it be exposed in court.
I am convinced of a great level of fraud. But it would be interesting to know a few things about this data. Was this action by VoterGA a review of only a sampling that was made in the hand count audit that Sec. of State had performed? What was the total number of ballots that were reviewed? Assuming that similar results could be expected for the totality of ballots that were cast in Fulton county, what would be the total expected flip towards Trump? Were any other downticket votes examined or were these only examined for the presidential race?

Any and all evidence produced that showed fraud, will go before an Obama appointed judge (like yesterdays fiasco), and will be shredded. So far the majority of suits have went to Obama judges who have thrown evidence out. Yesterdays hearing showed the little black obama judge nit picking affidavits and trying to justify the validity of sworn statements as though the people filing those affidavits were either lying or making stuff up. Was totally baffled by the fact that some one not only swore to observing fraud but also having video.
