    The Stan is proof nation building is a long ago thing. We helped Japan rebuild and they are fine compared to trying to bring our culture to a tribal area Heck the last bring in the rebuild of Germany did,nt get placed until 82. We should have went in and pummled the region, throw some loot around and say were done for now. Much cheaper.
