Election fraud activist Peter Bernegger, who was recently arrested for filing too many 'pro se' litigant complaints, has just dropped that Ozaukee County, WI cannot currently certify an April 2nd election due to Dominion voting machines transmitting inaccurate information.

Bernegger has been relentless on the unreliability of Dominion Voting Systems in Wisconsin, and nationwide. He has filed a large number of complaints against alleged corrupt election officials as well.
