As Sean Davis writes today in The Federalist, the CIA got around the standard of what defines a whistleblower by simply changing the definition. In August. The same month they obtained the secondhand "evidence" on President Trump.
The rule change was simple: now you don't have to have firsthand knowledge of a suspected crime.
The internal properties of the newly revised “Disclosure of Urgent Concern” form, which the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG) requires to be submitted under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA), show that the document was uploaded on September 24, 2019, at 4:25 p.m., just days before the anti-Trump complaint was declassified and released to the public. The markings on the document state that it was revised in August 2019, but no specific date of revision is disclosed.
When Chuck Schumer warned Trump (or was it a threat?) that the intelligence community can come after you "six ways from Sunday," this is one example of what he meant.

The deep state is deeper than most people can imagine. In every part of the Federal Government Obama changed the employment status of many thousands of appointees to Civil Service status so they cannot be fired. These poisonous Democrats will undermine Republicans for decades to come. CIA, FBI, Justice, State are all full of these traitors and spies. Sadly, it's just the tip of the iceberg. Civilian entities such as the Ford Foundation are controlled by "Progressives" that control billions of dollars and wield great influence to advance anti-American causes.
We, as a country, are in real trouble.
No more elections. what they have put in motion is a last ditch effort. Public opinion at this point doesn't matter. Pelosi has her marching orders, albeit the about face and full speed ahead. This is there last resort, what ever contingency plan Barry had in place. one thing is not so bad, but when you put them together, they are alarming. Fox News now in full anit Trump mode, Republicans coming out against Trump, SHiff lying on record in the congress. It goes on and on. Clapper saying that the whistle blower complaint the best he has seen. He helped set it up. Now we see what they do with the silent majority.
This is why Schiff for brains held onto the complaint so long before announcing it. It allowed the CIA time to revise their own definition of whistleblower. The deep state at its darkest.
The way the CIA works, there has to be a paper trail leading to the change in whistle blower policy. It should be relatively easy to determine who authorized the change. That would be the first thing I'd look at to find out who is behind the ongoing coup attempt.
