Growing evidence of advance planning and coordination of the Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol undermines claims that the rioters were responding spontaneously to former President Trump's speech to supporters about a mile and a half away, according to legal and intelligence experts.
As Senate Democrats mull their options for convicting or censuring Trump and banning him from future public office for allegedly inciting insurrection, experts said their incitement case against him was dealt a severe blow this week when federal prosecutors charged three men in the Capitol attack, alleging their communication and coordination dated back to November.

The 3 charged are actually one woman and 2 men, all "Oath Keepers", and the communications quoted in the "Just The News" story don't prove much of anything, except that they planned to be "on the streets" on the 6th. They did talk of being in the Capitol building later on, but unless there is more to their earlier communications, I don't see a conspiracy charge sticking. Anyway, Trump's speech speaks for itself. It was a bit and more flowery for my tastes, but "fight like hell" and "be strong" are staples of political speeches of all flavors and would never pass the test for incitement.

Hey, but didn't any of you guys in the U.S. see what we saw over here in the UK? We watched live feeds of Trump immediately asking for cease and desist of any violence or law-breaking. He asked for everyone to be peaceful. We realise how badly one-sided your media is, but didn't anyone see that?
