Dr. Anthony Fauci on Monday announced his plans to step down as the head of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and as the Biden White House Chief Medical Advisor.
It leaves open whether he will relinquish his duties that fall under the Department of Defense, and raises a host of speculation on the ongoing investigation into his and his wife, Christine Grady’s financial royalties as a result of the covid vaccination development programs.
Ms. Grady is head o bioethics at the National Institute of Health.
