Democrat attorney general, Dana Nessel, is facing a sobering moment stemming from a drunken incident at the October 2021 Michigan State v. University of Michigan football game. After attending an MSU tailgate party with Gretchen Whitmer, a severely drunk and passed-out Nessel had to be removed from the stadium in a wheelchair by her security team and driven home, and that is only the beginning of Nessel's troubles.
In an attempt to make amends, Nessel later took to Facebook to apologize for her terrible behavior but her attempt to joke about the incident only seemed to inflame her situation even more. Nessel's "apology" had more comments in it about her "terrible" drink-mixing abilities, the "skull-crushing hangover" she had the next day and her "vomiting" on constituents than it did any genuine remorse or honest regret.
In a more recent turn of events, the Gateway Pundit has recently learned that following the publically humiliating incident, Nessel forced her security team to sign non-disclosure agreements in response to the football game disaster.
Several members of Nessel's security team have since filed grievances against the inebriated public official. The State of Michigan settled the grievances with the frustrated team earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Nessel, whose term expires in 2022, is in a close race with Republican matt DePerno as she attempts to hold onto a position she is clearly not cut out for.
