New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, a graduate of the World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders, and tight with those who take pride in pushing the “We will tell you how you will live and own nothing and be happy” mantra has announced that she will step down from her position as New Zealand’s Prime Minister before Feb. 7, 2023 and before her country’s general election on October 14, 2023.
Ardern, 42, became the nation's youngest female prime minister and the nation's youngest prime minister in a 150 years, when she took office at age 37 in 2017.
Although Ardern claimed she was abandoning a 2023 re-election campaign due to a lack of energy, it fell flat on reality and facts.
"Nearing the end of the year I thought I really need to give myself the summer to really consider whether or not I have what it takes to continue. Once I realized that I didn't, I knew unfortunately there wasn't much alternative other than to hand over now," she said, and CNN reported.
Ardern formed a coalition party in New Zealand after taking office. Her draconian federal covid policies fell in line with Davos-type restrictions, but in the end, it turned against her leadership!
