Musical chairs are abound among GOP House members having thrown their hats into the ring to become the GOP nominee for House Speaker, whom in the past have been shut down, shut out, and voted out so far as U.S. House of Representative’s GOP nominee over the last three weeks as the world is on the brink of World War III.
Now, Congressman Mike Johnson (LA) has emerged.
Louisiana Republican Congressman Mike Johnson on Tuesday won the latest Republican conference vote to become the party's latest House Speaker nominee.
That makes Johnson the fourth Congressman to be elevated for the Speaker’s gavel.
Johnson emerged on the third round of voting behind closed doors late Tuesday earning 128 votes.
He has won against Congressmen Byron Donald (FLA) Mark Green(TN), Roger Williams (TX), Chuck Fleischmann (TN), and Elise Stefanik (NY).
Earlier on Tuesday, Johnson placed second against House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, who later dropped out the race within hours because enough GOP members came forward and told Emmer that they would not vote for him during a House floor vote.
Emmer dropped out after he won the nomination for Speaker nominee.
He dropped out after former President Donald Trump announced his opposition to an Emmer’s speakership nomination.

Controlled opposition, folks. The GOP Congress critters are playing the role of the monkeys in the circus. Where is Romney's niece, Ronna McDaniel, head of the GOP? I figured she'd be threatening all the non-RINOs for not supporting their globalist Speaker candidates.

What a joke all this has turned out to be all these RINOS are doing is making sure that the dem/communists gain the majority in the next election. I like Johnson but I bet the RINOs shut him down also. The communists are really getting their rocks off on this BS.
Will Johnson last? Well, that depends. Is he a Deep State shill RINO? Then YES! He's a shoo in. Will he fight the MAGA fight? Then NO! He'll be immediately sidelined because the Deep State can't tolerate being challenged.

The GOP in congress is a bunch of spoiled brats not paying attention to their oaths and pouting. We need mature qualified representatives in congress no to address the urgent businesses at hand!!!!!!
