If we do not control our government they will control us,” Navarro said from the Republican National Convention podium.
“They demanded I break the law,” said Navarro. “I refused,” the former Trump aide stated on the first day he has been set free from prison after serving a four-month for a violation of a contempt of Congress violation.
Navarro claimed that the Democratic Majority, the Executive Branch, and Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland, and his Special Counsel Jack Smith targeted him even after Democratic prosecutors refused to prosecute former Attorney General Eric Holder and current Attorney General Alejandro Mayorkas have not been prosecuted.
Navarro called Judge Juan Merchan who presided over Trump’s fraud case that he presided over a “Manhattan Kangaroo court.”
But, Navarro gave the punch of reality.
“They did not break me,” said Navarro to a thunderous republican crowd, “and they will never break Donald Trump.”
Navarro gave a warning to the republican audience.
“You may be thinking it would not happen to you, but they are coming for you,” said Navarro.
There is a “tale of two Americans,” said Navarro. “I went to prison so you won’t have to,” emphasized the former Trump aide. “I am your wake-up call.”
In closing, Navarro mentioned the day that he entered prison, his fiancé, who joined him on the GOP stage, told him, “We got this!”
“Vote Trump Vance 2024,” Navarro said bringing down the convention house.
