This article argues that if indeed the principal members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) unanimously supported the disastrous mechanics of Joe Biden's pullout from Afghanistan (as claimed by the president), then truly the JCS principals, America's top military leaders, are nothing but cowards. Strong words, but these individuals are cowards for not strongly opposing such ineptitude by the president in the first place and secondly, for not "manning up" to turn in their uniforms and resign from active service for what happened in Afghanistan.

America needs courageous patriots for leaders, not cowards---whatever happened to "duty, honor, country"? Has America's military ethos been replaced by adherence to leftist wokeness and attention to perceived white supremacy and white rage? If so, God help us.

The JCS principals include the following: General Mark A. Milley, Chairman, JCS; General John F. Hyten, Vice Chairman, JCS; General James C. McConville, Chief of Staff , Army; Admiral Michael Gilday, Chief, Naval Operations; General Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chief of Staff, Air Force; and General David H. Berger, Commandant, Marine Corps.

This writer ardently hopes that one or more of the above individuals bravely will come forward and explain in detail to the American people exactly what was presented/recommended to the president about, among other things, his disastrous plan to abandon Bagram Air Base (in the middle of the night) and funnel extremely dangerous evacuations through the Karzai Airport. Further, why the evacuations could not have waited a few months when the Taliban would be much less militarily active, etc. Surely our top military leaders did not support Biden's inept plan and decision.

To claim that everyone thought that the Afghan army was strong enough to continue defending the countryside has been proven to be a lie. It has recently been learned, for example, that on July 23, Joe Biden had a conversation with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani wherein Biden said "I need not tell you the perception around the world and in parts of Afghanistan, I believe, is that things are not going well in terms of the fight against the Taliban," Biden said. "And there is a need, whether it is true or not, there is a need to project a different picture."

In other words, Biden (and undoubtedly the JCS principals) knew that the Afghan army was crumbling and to claim otherwise is simply a lie. Further, the rapidly deteriorating military situation had already caused the CIA to remove its personnel from Afghanistan!

Thanks to Joe Biden and the principals of the JCS, America shamefully abandoned hundreds of American citizens and tens of thousands of Afghan interpreters/other helpers who now face a horrific future if not imminent death. Also abandoned was a truly astounding arsenal of military equipment and weapons.

This abandoned military hardware reportedly includes up to 22,174 Humvee vehicles, nearly 1,000 armored vehicles, 64,363 machine guns, and 42,000 pick-up trucks and SUVs. The list of abandoned weaponry includes up to 358,530 assault rifles, 126,295 pistols, and nearly 200 artillery units. State-of-the-art military helicopters, warplanes, and other aircraft were also abandoned.

Congressman Jim Bank, a veteran, states "The Teliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters that 85% of the countries in the world. But it's not just weapons. They have night vision goggles, body armor, and unbelievably, the Teliban how has biometric devices which have the fingerprints, eye scans, and biographical information of all the Afghans who helped us and were on our side over the past 20 years. There is no plan by the administration to get these weapons back. There is no plan to account for any of this equipment or these weapons."

So what role did the principals of the JCS play in all of the above? The American people deserve to know, and it is time for one or more of the JCS principals to come forth and establish, once again, that America's armed forces are led by selfless, brave patriots who adhere to "duty, honor, country".

    JCS, The Yes Men.
It looks like America as a “Super Power” is done.
Apparently there was a surrender document between the US and the Taliban, and from seeing what has happened on the ground, excluding the duly elected government of Afghanistan, that document apparently formalizing surrender terms between the US and the Taliban, the Taliban letting the US forces leave the country, but requiring them to leave all their weapons, except perhaps what individual soldiers and Marines could carry on their backs. It also permitted the US forces to remove what friendly Afghan persons they could by the deadline date set by the Taliban of August 31, 2021.
The Taliban, according to news reports, had actually been willing to carry out security precautions of the city of Kabul during the evacuation, but the US, apparently Biden’s decision, declined, turning over security to the Taliban, and having US forces confined to the air port.

The abandonment of Bagram Air Field apparently was pre-arranged with the Taliban.
I recall news events that the US forces had pulled out of the airbase several weeks ago in the middle of the night and didn’t even tell the Afghan garrison they were leaving, the Afghans seeing they were gone in the morning, an understandingly upsetting development, which in military practice, would be outright desertion.
There is a difference between retreat, even surrender, and desertion.
The Americans owed it too their Afghan allies to tell them they were surrendering, rather than just deserting leaving allies on the field.
This isn’t just an isolated analysis of the events. NATO allies with forces in the field were as taken by surprise as much as anyone and openly complained at their highest levels of government.
This was an extremely dangerous situation, in fact it remains an extremely dangerous situation, since desertion in the face of the enemy may result in confrontation between former allies.
Biden, apparently with the blessing of the Joint Chiefs, has turned over the whole thing to the UN, I heard on the radio today.
This despite the fact that there are still Afghan government forces actively combating the Taliban in the country, these forces having been abandoned by the US under Commander in Chief Biden.
Biden apparently cut off any and all support for Afghan government forces several months ago when the Afghan President spoke with Biden by phone, asking for support, including money since Afghan forces hadn’t been paid for months, and there are reports in the media they didn’t have food. Apparently, there was a negotiation between the Taliban and the Biden administration cutting out the Afghan government, which was the ally of the US.
There are likely to be long term consequences.
Expect potential allies to refuse to deal with the US. Better to come to any kind of deal with your worst enemy, rather than have an ally betray you, leaving you completely defenseless, defeated, and at the mercy of your enemy, because there is no mercy by today’s enemies, be the East or West.

Each and everyone of you Woke jokes will be court-martialed for dereliction of duty. You are a disgrace to every honorable serviceman and service woman in our great military. Take off to China and share you woke joke experiences with the Chinese Communist party. You are a disgrace to your uniform and your country. I will remove each and everyone of you and anyone of your cadre who supported you are held you in high regard. The military will be purged of these communist suitors who have turned on your own soldiers and your countrymen. Acting more racist than people you point the finger at is not the answer. You demanded our service members attend Critical Race theory training while the debacle in Afghanistan.

The US Military is committing suicide. It's slow, sloppy, and quite expensive (in blood AND treasure) for Americans. It's really sad to see the most powerful military/nation on Earth rotting from within just like the forefathers warned us it would--if we slept. We've been asleep for so long that Rumpelstiltskin gave us our wake-up call.

closet trannies, every one of em

Look at every one of their biographies and you’ll see that these politician generals have been in various schools and fellowships longer than most of us have served. These command track narcissists are nothing but academics/politicians looking for the next back to stab on their ascent through the ranks. With as many stars as they have on their shoulders, that next step is something scummy like a CNN ‘military contributor’ or a defense contractor lobbyist getting rich off the world conflicts created by the elite. Nobody in that picture has any idea of what reality on the ground really is. They’ve had their butts kissed and have been silver spoon fed for the majority of their careers while we’ve been tasked with missions that they’ll surely add to their OPRs.
Every single one of them needs to be taken out to pasture to eat applesauce and ice cream with joe biden and the rest of the incompetents. Sorry for this incoherent rant
