Comey To Testify Sept 30 On Crossfire Hurricane

Former FBI Director James Comey will appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to answer questions from lawmakers about the origin of the Russia investigation. Senator Lindsey Graham, who is the chairman of the committee, hinted that his members won’t hold back with their questions.

Graham said, "The day of reckoning is upon us when it comes to Crossfire Hurricane," Graham said. "Former FBI Director James Comey has agreed to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 30th, without a subpoena. I appreciate Mr. Comey coming before the committee. He will be respectfully treated, but asked hard questions. I look forward to this hearing. I think it will be important to the American people."

While US Attorney Jon Durham may be wrapping up his own investigation, the Senate Homeland Security has issued subpoenas to top Obama officials and Justice Department officials  in their own probe into Crossfire Hurricane’s origins.

But for Lindsey Graham, he wants to know how the FBI justified Christopher Steele’s dossier as their source to open the investigation. Graham has repeatedly gone after this source as unwarranted to open FISA warrants on Trump campaign officials.

And Graham wants to go further. His committee has also sent an inter to Robert Mueller after new information revealed members of his staff “mistakenly” wiped their phones. Graham said, ""Mr. Mueller has declined the committee’s invitation to appear to explain his report. He says he doesn’t have enough time to prepare. But I’m going to ask the Department of Justice and Inspector General Horowitz to look at this report that members of Mr. Mueller’s team erased information from their devices."

Barr Will Follow “The Letter” Of The Law On Obama and Biden Prosecutions

Yesterday Attorney General William Barr left the door open to federal prosecution of former President Obama and former Vice President Biden. The Fake News corporate media parsed the AG’s comments and reported that Barr didn’t envision the Durham investigation to lead to criminal probes of either man. These news organizations all fail to include a glaring qualifier the AG used to preface his hopeful absolution of Obama’s criminality which is the admission that he doesn’t yet have all the information.

“Whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man,” Barr said, referring to Obama and Biden. “Our concern over potential criminality is focused on others.”

The larger fact is that Durham is still investigating the wrongdoing of the DOJ/FBI and other federal agencies regarding the Russian Collusion Hoax that consumed Washington DC in a pointless witch hunt for two and a half years. No one, including the US Attorney General, knows where the investigation will lead and who will be implicated in the vicious, all encompassing travesty of justice inflicted on President Trump and his administration. How bad was the Russia Hoax fabricated by Obama, Biden, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, et al?

“WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PRESIDENT, AND I HAVE SAID THIS MANY TIMES, IN THE 2016 ELECTION IN THE FIRST TWO YEARS OF HEAD IS -- OF HIS ADMINISTRATION WERE UNPRECEDENTED AND ABHORRENT. THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AND INTELLIGENCE APPARATUS OF THIS COUNTRY WERE INVOLVED IN ADVANCING A FALSE AND UTTERLY BASELESS RUSSIAN COLLUSION NARRATIVE AGAINST THE PRESIDENT. THE PROPER INVESTIGATIVE AND PROSECUTED STANDARDS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE WERE ABUSED, IN MY VIEW, IN ORDER TO REACH A PARTICULAR RESULT. WE SAW TWO DIFFERENT STANDARDS OF JUSTICE EMERGE. ONE THE APPLIED TO PRESIDENT TRUMP AND HIS ASSOCIATES AND THE OTHER THE APPLIED TO EVERYBODY ELSE. WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS EVER TO HAPPEN AGAIN.”

AG William Barr, May 18, 2020

The Attorney General was very clear that “Obamagate” was “unprecedented and abhorrent” but was at pains to point out that unprecedented and abhorrent behavior was not always illegal. The spirit of the law might have been “abused” and the “standard of justice” defiled but “not every abuse of power, no matter how outrageous, is necessary a federal crime..” Not what any impartial observer would call a ringing declaration of innocence for the previous President and his VP.

If the abuse of power, say spying on your political opponent, is done “by the book” with every t crossed and every i dotted then technically there is no “crime” committed. The DOJ can’t just make something up and charge people with fake crimes, can they? Well, they do it all the time. They did it to Gen. Michael Flynn. They did it, with Ukrainian help, to Paul Manafort. They did it to Roger Stone. If the 2020 election had turned out like it was supposed to you bet your life that HRC’s AG Tom Perez and Jim Comey would have done it good and hard to businessman Donald J. Trump and his family.

Bill Barr knows what every single person of power and influence in Washington DC knows and has known since Jan/Feb 2017 when the Russian Hoax took off and the DOJ and FBI tried to use the fake scandal to force Donald Trump from the Presidency. It was a Fake News story that should have been smothered by responsible leaders like Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan and Jeff Sessions who had the power and understood how to use it to stop the injustice but made an active choice to do the wrong thing. It’s almost impossible to imagine what the last 3 years would have been like without the distraction of Russiagate/Obamagate but the AG believes it “should never happen again.” Since every power player in Washington DC participated in this hoax it’s hard to imagine how Trump will be the last victim of “career public servants” in the administrative state.

#OBAMAGATE Nears 3mil Hits On Twitter: The Jan. 5, 2017 Cat Is Out Of The Bag

Barack Hussein Obama is trending on Twitter today. He, or rather, a hashtag bearing his name, holds the top spot by a wide margin despite earlier tallies that showed #Trumpgate trending ahead #ObamaGate. The suppression of pro-conservative hashtags is common on the famously liberal site, but this one became too big to hide.

It has been an interesting Mother's Day so far, with "Father's Day" and "MILFs" trending steadily throughout the morning and afternoon, but an explosion of 400,000+ mentions for any topic is exceedingly rare. #ObamaGate has blown through that mark at time of writing, and seems headed to the rare air of 500,000 mentions.

Such numbers would seem to signal an awakening.

Americans, or at least those who are politically engaged, have come to recognize what outlets like CDMedia have reported for years: Obama used U.S. intelligence to spy on Donald Trump when he was a candidate, and after the 2016 election.

News cycles are a funny thing. Often alternative media break stories, then bang the drum in frustration until a mainstream outlet grudgingly picks up the story. This is one of those occasions, but mass media haven't yet succumbed to the increasingly obvious fact that a coup attempt took place in America, organized by a sitting president and carried out by the heads of his reprehensible intelligence agencies.

Of course, if Obama knew, it stands to reason that Joe Biden did as well. A groundswell of opinion favoring the Trump narrative is one thing. A narrative that plainly implicates Trump's sole remaining challenger in the presidential race is another.

Obama appears to be scrambling to stay ahead of the matter. Several days ago, he sent a request--a private letter--to the National Archives requesting that documents concerning his communications with Biden not be released in the hunt for evidence about Biden accuser Tara Reade.

It's a case of one scandal potentially revealing, or rather confirming, another. All of these moves come amid reports that a January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting attended by Obama, Biden, and the heads of the major intel agencies was convened to discuss General Michael Flynn.

Obama made mention of wiretapped calls between Flynn and Russian diplomat Sergei Kislyak, raising eyebrows that he had personal knowledge of the conversations.

The Jan. 5 meeting, just 15 days before Donald Trump took office, included Obama, Yates, then-FBI Director James Comey, former Vice President Joe Biden, then-CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, according to declassified documents cited by Fox News.

Obama asked Yates and Comey to “stay behind” following the meeting, saying he had “learned information about Flynn” and his discussion with Kislyak.

“[Obama] specified that he did not have any additional information on the matter, but was seeking information on whether the White House should be treating Flynn any differently, given the information,” the documents show.

Yates, who was later fired by the Trump administration, wasn’t sure where Obama got his information, the documents show.

“Yates did not recall Comey’s response to the President’s question about how to treat Flynn,” the account continued. “She was so surprised by the information she was hearing that she was having a hard time processing it and listening to the conversation at the same time.”

To wit: the DOJ has dropped the Flynn case, and Obama, and by extension, Biden, are in water growing hotter by the day. Obama knew. And the American public is finally taking notice of the true story of the past three years.

Mr. President - Why Aren't Our Laws Being Enforced?

Mr. President, if you haven't noticed, the executive branch is corrupt.

Mr. President - Why Aren't Our Laws Being Enforced?
Director Christopher Wray and his wife, Helen Wray, stand during the Pledge of Allegiance as part of his formal installation ceremony at FBI Headquarters on September 28, 2017

As a young officer in the United States Air Force, we learned early on how to treat classified information; we also learned the consequences if you didn't take care of it properly. As a pilot leading an aircrew, we frequently flew with classified codes and other material in the late 1980s. Handling this classified information was no joke, and had to be done by the book. If you didn't bring something back to the safe, or store it in the correct manner, your career could easily be over with administrative action against you, prosecution, or even jail time.

Later when flying special operations, our aircraft were walking laboratories of classified equipment. When flying to an insecure location, we always had guards posted when the crew left the aircraft unattended, to prevent classified being released to the wrong people.

This was drilled into you by the military at a very young, impressionable age.

Today, classified material IS a joke (that is if you are a Democrat).

The situation, which is plain as the nose on your face for all to see, is that the executive branch of our Federal government no longer enforces the law, again, especially if you are a Democrat.

Mr. Huber just finished his investigation into Hillary Clinton and her wanton disregard for classified information. She got off. This is obviously a white wash for very powerful people. I mean Huma had classified in the trunk of her car for God's sake and nothing happened. Unbelievable.

And Jeffrey Epstein obviously didn't kill himself.

The FBI, CIA, DOJ obviously conspired against a sitting president, in effect staging a coup.

Nobody cares. Nothing has been done.

We are starting to lose faith in Attorney General Barr. Mr. President, we are starting to lose faith in you.

Will Mr. Durham's investigation be a white wash as well?

No one has been held accountable for these high crimes and misdemeanors. Why is that?

We know the reason Mr. President; we just didn't think it would continue to happen under your watch.

If these people get away with it, Sir, our country as we thought we knew it is long gone. My children's future is going to be very different from what I grew up with -- meaning faith in America, in the FBI, in freedom, in the beautiful system of government the Founders left us to care for in order that future generations of Americans might enjoy the same special place we were so lucky to grow up in.

I certainly hope I am wrong. I hope Mr. Durham brings indictments soon -- before the election. I hope one day I can trust law enforcement again. I hope Jeffrey Epstein's killers face justice. And then there's well, Hillary Clinton of course.

But I have to admit I'm losing hope. Maybe in the future we will be like other corrupt societies...where the Department of Justice is only used to go after you political enemies, protect your friends, and allow you to hold onto power,

We are disappointed Mr. President. No, actually we are sickened with disbelief.

Mueller Lite: A Puppet Show

The investigation is dead, long live the investigation. Robert Mueller's cowardly exit from the stage, while a far cry from the fire and brimstone leftists once envisioned, did manage to leave the door cracked for further action.

Mueller's handlers desperately needed that crack, and he delivered it. Then he shuffled off the stage, back to private life, but not before stating, "I do not believe it is appropriate to speak further or comment," which is shorthand for "I was told to leave the door cracked and then shut the hell up until called on by my handlers."

The leftists who ran this sham from the beginning still have their freedom, their necks, their scalps. Attorney General Barr declassifying the Russia probe documents hasn't happened yet, and as long as the authors of this charade--Obama, Clinton, Comey, Wasserman-Schultz, Brennan, et al.--draw breath, they will scurry and plot. So what was the gambit this time?

It's a tough needle to thread for the criminal leftist gang. They need the threat of punishing Trump, even as proceeding with the articles of impeachment could be political suicide. So they needed to keep the option open in the face of the growing public perception of Trump's innocence. Make no mistake: Bob Mueller was told to rile up the left's base with calculated phrases. Charging Trump was "not an option"? Heads explode. If his team had "confidence" the president didn't commit a crime, "...we would have said that." Heads re-form so they can explode again.

The job of a prosecutor is to prosecute, to charge the defendant. It is not, as cooler heads have pointed out, to exonerate. Under no circumstances was Mueller ever going to say, "Trump didn't so anything wrong." His task from the beginning was to take the form of a dark could and rain on Trump's new administration for as long as politically expedient.

President Trump fired back in a series of tweets and comments to the press (see below), only to have heads explode again over the phrasing of "...because I had nothing to do with Russia helping me to get elected," which desperate Dems latched onto, a wild, pathetic fantasy that Trump had just slipped up and implicated himself. The degree of willful self-delusion from the #resist crowd is astonishing.

Mueller's final, fretful hour on the stage achieved the aims of his handlers. Desperate and beginning to turn on each other in the final hour before justice dawns, they sent their boy on one final errand. The sole talking point they managed to agree on in their panic: make sure "all options are on the table," a phrase Pelosi and Nadler used within hours of each other today. And so the final chapter ends with a dying whimper, "To Be Continued..."

Now it's Trump's turn.
